Since my doctor is located here, I usually come to this Quest to get any bloodwork drawn. The staff are all very professional and personable, making sure to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. For Covid procotols, they have you sign in on an iPad of sorts and give you the option to wait outside in the hallway or in your car. When they are about ready for you, they text you to come back in and from then, you usually wait around another 3-5 minutes before getting called in. The system works great, given that few people want to sit in a room with others at the moment! If you do decide to wait in the waiting room, every other seat is taped off and there is hand sanitizer at the front desk. I most recently came on a Saturday. Thinking they opened at 8:30, I arrived at 8:05. Since they opened at 7:30, there was already plenty of people in front of me. Make sure you come early if you're in a rush or don't want to spend too much time waiting. Note: at least on saturdays, they tend to lock the doors 15-30 minutes early to make sure they get everyone in the waiting room taken care of before noon, so don't wait until 11:55 to come!

There was a last minute slot for 4:15p and I took it. Not realizing it was for today. Ok, no worries. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! Wow!!! I will say I was tugged a little harder than usual and to my liking but Im glad its over. The establishment was quiet and clean. The paperwork was completed electronically on their iPad.
