I used the app to claim my spot in line and it notified me when to come inside. We had just enough time to grab breakfast and sit in the car to eat. Once inside, check-in was fairly easy and the nurses and staff were friendly and pleasant. After a simple X-ray and a visit with the Dr. it was confirmed that my son fractured his tibia. The nurse who wrapped his leg with a temporary splint was so courteous and careful with my son. We left with a CD of the X rays and an official report from the Dr. about the diagnosis. A few days later, a nurse called to check up on my son to see how he was managing his injury. I have nothing but great things to say about our experience at Next Level and highly recommend it to anyone. Tip: try to wait in the car and use the app if you can...lots of sick people in and out of the waiting room so you're better off minimizing the time you wait inside. The front desk personnel (whom signed me in) also administered my B12 shot (no problem). She did not wash her hands before and after the B12 shot (from front desk to needle). However before the shot she did place gloves over both hands. No alcohol wipe on skin before insertion of needle. After needle removal, an apparent bubble of blood in shoulder area remained. No assistance with that at all. She just turn around and fill out paperwork (used gloves still on). I had to request bandaids to be placed over shot or something to wipe blood off. No attempt to assist in blood removal. She began looking and inquiring about bandaides. She left the room looking for bandaides - (still wearing used patience gloves). In her absence, I noticed a box Kleenex in the room so I removed several sheets and wiped the standing bubble blood from my shoulder. She returned with a bandaid (used gloves still on). Remove 1 glove from hand and placed the bandaide on my shoulder. This is not over. When placing the bandaide, she placed it over dry skin, not where the needle was inserted to prevent blood leak. ( It alarmed because - Normally there is no blood leak of this amount from any B12 shot I have ever taken). Needless to say: Sterilness, quality coustomer care, well being and , patient concern of medical hygiene was not on the agenda today. I hope they figure this out! And by the way - you guys can clean it up in there a little bit please. Wipe down the lobby and patience rooms.... Geesch!!! Give it a 2 rating because the lady was fairly pleasant.

Pay $250 I felt ok at the time, but I decided to get tested anyways because of an upcoming social event. Surprisingly, I tested positive. Wonk wonk... but the good thing was that I knew to (sadly but) responsibly stay at home to prevent spreading it. I wish there was a cheaper alternative for flu tests instead of going into an urgent care. These urgent care visits always leave me with anxiety I never know how much it would cost until weeks later. It also doesn't help that my insurance has such high deductible. Wait time was ok because I had an appointment. The person who swabbed my nose was nice. Living is expensive. Just don't get sick and you'll be ok.

I had a cough for two weeks and had chest x-rays taken and was offered a steroid injection to calm the inflammation plus meds to help get me cleared up. Nurses and x-ray tech were all so courteous. It was easy to schedule an appointment online, and my wait was no longer than 10 minutes. Once inside, I did have to wait a bit to be seen and to have x-rays taken, but that's to be expected with multiple patients waiting to be seen. I've been to a few urgent cares in this area, and I think this one's the best--especially if Sarah is working!

I felt that the situation was not assessed calmly and that my explanation was not fully considered. I explained that I had recently started taking a medication that can cause dizziness. The nurse practitioner wouldn't listen or assist me in getting up; however, the medical assistant helped me return to the front area. I later visited Next Level Urgent Care in Sugar Land, where I was evaluated and diagnosed with the flu. My symptoms included dizziness, headaches, nausea, and significant body aches, which were consistent with that diagnosis. My primary concern is I was not adequately heard or assessed before 911 was called and refusing to listen to anything I said. I was yelled at me to go to the emergency room. I was also concerned about the potential cost of an emergency-room visit. This nurse practitioner was rude and incompetent. After I returned to the front area, the nurse practitioner asked whether I still wanted a back X-ray. At that point, I declined the X-ray. Had she known about the symptoms of the flu she would have done better. Absolutely not. I appreciate the assistance provided by the medical assistant and front desk assistant. I really will miss Dr.pucillo. he is always been there whenever I need any help of course it takes time for him to come back at me but I'm not his only patient, and all of you should realize that too. But when he is in there and he's doing this thing, he is the best and he will make sure that he orders any tests that you need although a lot of people say oh I don't need that because my insurance won't pay for it. This makes sense but didn't seem like a professional or courteous way to share this information. Since I lived 5 mins away, I decided to take my chances. My husband carries my son in. Two people were sitting in the front, laughing and chatting. They did not seem concerned or a place where they take care of "urgent" matters. I gave my insurance and they told me to complete the 10 page questionnaire online. It took some time for me to load it, after connecting to internet, when I got to the last page, an error page loaded. I felt hopeless with my kid crying. My husband tried again from his phone and thankfully was successful. We were seen after 25 min. Which isn't too bad but I felt frustrated considering the login issues and hearing the front desk folks laughing while my baby was in pain. My son got seen but I can't comment on the care received since they didn't allow both parents in the urgent care room. I know that memorial Herman urgent care allows both parents and seem to show more urgent like caring behaviors.

I was prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after speaking to a "manager" type woman I'm convinced this place is doomed and doesn't care about their patients best interest. Problem one, when you call you get a switchboard, not the actual location where you go! Problem two, if you need to talk with someone it's hard to get an answer. My husband was sent here to get a TB test. Their questionnaire was very light on personal info and because of that we had the scare of our lifetime. My husband is from the Philippines and they have certain vaccines administered as a precaution that we don't have here in the US. When my husband had his results read, they told him he was positive for TB. We went immediately to the ER and we were quarantined until he got an X-ray. The doctor came to see us and told us to relax his X-ray was clear. Then he asked us if the testing center asked my husband if he was from the Philippines. He said no. He proceeded to tell us about the vaccines kids get there and that he would always read false positive and should go direct to blood test or X-ray. This Any Lab Test now did offer to do the bloodwork after the positive reading for extra money. They didn't seem alarmed at the test results and started pushing extra services for more money, but my question for them was...why not ask more detailed questions that could have saved time, money and prevented us having to go to the ER and have a horrible scare. They offered to sell us things like shots, B12 and etc. while we were dealing with positive results that happened from their lack of common sense. Asking someone what country they're from and if they may have been vaccinated as a child could have saved time, money and panic. When I attempted to give feedback to management I was met with an attitude and sarcasm. The total lack of empathy and concern was horrible. She just stated we do ask and I reminded her I had a copy of the questionnaire and nowhere on there does it ask anything pertinent. We trusted them to take care of us but what we got was fast food care and a useless test. Beware don't fall for their BS!
