Since my doctor is located here, I usually come to this Quest to get any bloodwork drawn. The staff are all very professional and personable, making sure to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. For Covid procotols, they have you sign in on an iPad of sorts and give you the option to wait outside in the hallway or in your car. When they are about ready for you, they text you to come back in and from then, you usually wait around another 3-5 minutes before getting called in. The system works great, given that few people want to sit in a room with others at the moment! If you do decide to wait in the waiting room, every other seat is taped off and there is hand sanitizer at the front desk. I most recently came on a Saturday. Thinking they opened at 8:30, I arrived at 8:05. Since they opened at 7:30, there was already plenty of people in front of me. Make sure you come early if you're in a rush or don't want to spend too much time waiting. Note: at least on saturdays, they tend to lock the doors 15-30 minutes early to make sure they get everyone in the waiting room taken care of before noon, so don't wait until 11:55 to come!

The check in desk has the norm frosted glass sliding window. 5/5 There was a hiccup when one of the techs came into the waiting area to loudly ask who's next to the 3 people seated. She then proceeds to use our LABWORK forms to call out everyone's name, turns around and leaves. 1/5 Granted, she didn't draw anyone's blood. That was totally unnecessary since we'd already checked in. When I was finally ushered into an exam room, a friendly and efficient lab assistant, named Erica, drew my blood. 10/10 Thanks for your professionalism today!

Getting anyone to call back when they promise, answer questions or do what they say is nearly impossible. I've been waiting for a call for days about a prescription. During my visit I was told the nurse would call me shortly because she was heading to lunch with the insurance representative. I called back twice the same day before getting ahold of anyone only to be told a nurse would call the following day. I called the following day to follow up and was told to call back the next day after noon. During this call I was told the nurse would call me right back she was with a patient. I proceeded to wait several hours then called back leaving 4 messages before close of business and still didn't hear back. This is the only office staff I have ever encountered that is like pulling teeth to get anything done. It is a shame because Dr. Kazi truly is amazing and it's like visiting with a friend when you see her. She is so caring and listens completely (the appointments do take hours sometimes but she doesn't rush so I don't mind) but if you need anything outside of her directly good luck.

Pay $250 I felt ok at the time, but I decided to get tested anyways because of an upcoming social event. Surprisingly, I tested positive. Wonk wonk... but the good thing was that I knew to (sadly but) responsibly stay at home to prevent spreading it. I wish there was a cheaper alternative for flu tests instead of going into an urgent care. These urgent care visits always leave me with anxiety I never know how much it would cost until weeks later. It also doesn't help that my insurance has such high deductible. Wait time was ok because I had an appointment. The person who swabbed my nose was nice. Living is expensive. I went back the next day and the doctor refused to run my insurance or provide my service unless I paid out of pocket. From the call I received to schedule to the minute I walked out I encountered nothing but helpful kind humans :) Len started my IV and prepped me for the test and I didn't even feel the needle go in my vein! very very good at what he does! the whole team was awesome! they called me in advance to tell me how much I would need to pay and I even received a call to remind me to hydrate for the contrast. I know this is above and beyond! highly highly recommend!
