The first turn off is the lack of parking near the door. There is a sign that says valet parking,…read morebut none was visible when I arrived before 8:00. You expect this type of place yo be really clean, but not so. I was there early and the floor needed sweeping. The lab person did not have a name tag badge, so ,I had to ask her name, Kimberly. I am 72 years old , and I like for youngsters to call necks. or by my last name. She never ask if I was fasting g , took the specimen . Not very friendly, try to engage or make friendly talk. I will find another site.

Since my doctor is located here, I usually come to this Quest to get any bloodwork drawn. The staff are all very professional and personable, making sure to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. For Covid procotols, they have you sign in on an iPad of sorts and give you the option to wait outside in the hallway or in your car. When they are about ready for you, they text you to come back in and from then, you usually wait around another 3-5 minutes before getting called in. The system works great, given that few people want to sit in a room with others at the moment! If you do decide to wait in the waiting room, every other seat is taped off and there is hand sanitizer at the front desk. I most recently came on a Saturday. Thinking they opened at 8:30, I arrived at 8:05. Since they opened at 7:30, there was already plenty of people in front of me. Make sure you come early if you're in a rush or don't want to spend too much time waiting. Note: at least on saturdays, they tend to lock the doors 15-30 minutes early to make sure they get everyone in the waiting room taken care of before noon, so don't wait until 11:55 to come!

It was not lunchtime. The call went straight to voicemail. I called again several times, waiting several minutes between each call, and the same thing happened. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to see the doctor and had to go to Urgent Care. I had actually wanted to make Dr. Albritton my PCP from a while back, due to the positive reviews of the doctor herself. I was in the process of officially making her my PCP with my insurance when this happened. How incompetent can this staff be? No matter how superb of a provider Dr. Tiffany Albritton is, she is destroyed by the sheer nonexistence of her staff. If they do exist, they should be replaced with staff members who actually pick up the phone during business hours. If they don't exist at a certain point, fine. But for them to be absent for the whole duration of the period I incessantly called? I don't understand why any doctor would want to surround herself by staff that do nothing but bring her and her image down and create an aura of frustration and disappointment among her patients.
