I was called to come back after just a few minutes by a cheerful woman, who asked for more info to find my file and doctors' orders. She was good with a needle. I hardly felt a thing. Everything went smoothly, and I was out of there in a few minutes. Parking still cost $7. Ouch. The "Q" labs had locations with free parking, so I missed that. But CPL has my vote for needle skills and friendliness, based on my one visit.

I am not a hard stick as I am a young male who works out, BMI of 23 with palpable, visible veins. As I medical professional (physician), I will not be going to this location again.

I have been going to Dr. Kelly O'Brien for about 4 years…read more She is an amazing doctor and I highly recommend her. She begins the visit by listening and answering questions. She never hurries me or makes me feel like she doesn't want to see me. I like the fact that all tests are run in the building, so there is no running all over town for blood work, X Rays and such. Dr. O'Brien is also very positive. She accentuates the good things that I have done to improve my health. This makes me want to try even harder. She is very thorough and very knowledgeable. I am so glad that a friend recommended her to me. She no longer takes new medicare patients. Another huge plus for me is that she is always on time. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes after my appointment time. The only negative aspect is that you have to pay for parking. This makes me feel like the Group is money hunger. Came to LabCorp but my doctors lab tech was unable to draw my blood. I was pretty annoyed I had to…read moremake an appointment at another facility but was pleasantly surprised because there were so many locations to choose from near my home. I was able to make my appointment online and check-in using the QR Code included in the confirmation email from when I made the appointment. As soon as I checked in it gives you an approximate wait time (mine was 4 minutes). I handed my paperwork to CiCi (spelling) at the front desk and I was getting my blood work done and out the door in less than 20 minutes! This was awesome! My only complaint is parking. You have to pay to park and the amount you pay is dependent on how long you are there. So I paid $5 dollars for being there 30 mIn.

I went ahead and made the appointment because I figured if they are in the business to do blood draws, surely they have encountered tiny veins like mine. Unfortunately for me, that was not the case. The tech was kind and I was hopeful, but he was not able to get the needle in my vein. I prefer not to let them "dig" for it and, to his credit, he didn't seem to want to do that to me. He offered to let me sit for a few minutes and then try again. I declined. TLDR; if you have tiny veins, are a "hard stick" or need any other type of "accommodation, you'll be better off at a Quest Lab location.

There was no one at the front desk either, and posted signs indicated they should be open. After clicking around on the kiosk it let me check in but said the wait would be over an hour despite no other people being there . The visit was quick after that with nothing noteworthy (good or bad) Parking: There is valet parking in the front of the building and garage parking in back. There is also some street parking Garage parking for public starts on level 4 and I couldn't find an entrance directly from the garage to the building.

Staff was pretty good, not the friendliest, but great at the blood draws.

I found this place on google due to having an unexpected emergency. My wait time was less than 5…read moremins. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The clinic itself was clean and everyone had mask on. The doctor gave me a few recommendations to cure my finger and wrote me a prescription. Hopefully, I won't have another emergency but if I do this will be my go to place.
