The waiting room was empty except got a gentleman and I got a jump scare when a young lady opened her window and greeted me (I was a bit disoriented with the layout of the room). Almost immediately after completing my paperwork I was called to the back where my vitals were taken. The doctor was quite knowledgeable and lovely, so was the Nurse Vicki, and they both aasuaged my reddit-birthed fears. I'll keep an eye out for what my eventual bill will be but, as far as my experience? I'd rate 10/10. Thank you for reducing my pain and helping me get a good night's rest.

They have a qr code that you use to sign in/check in, put your insurance info in and your symptoms wtc I was seen by the nurse and then the MD Dr. Lew . I would say it was about an hour between check in and being able to be seen and check out. The RN and MD were professional and helpful, and they did listen to me and my needs as a patient, which I respect. I would recommend this place. They do not do balance billing and they stated I will not receive a bill from them. So have to wait and see what my insurance says on the visit.

A week into my recovery, the wrap covering my leg from knee to toes began to come loose -- something my doctor said could be carefully re-wrapped, but which would be extremely difficult for me to manage on my own due to the extent of my injuries. I came to OnPoint, expecting to receive a few minutes of basic assistance and was stunned when the clerk conferred with the medical staff and informed me that re-wrapping is "not something they get involved with." When I said that I found it hard to believe they would prefer I go home and attempt this myself rather than offer minimal help, I received only a shrug. Since I can't drive myself -- it is my right ankle that is broken -- I had to arrange to be be taken to AFC Urgent Care on Weslayan, where the staff took a few moments to assess my situation and re-wrapped the loosened area without hesitation. They even invited me to return if the wrap should come loose again before my follow-up appointment. I understand urgent care facilities have limitations, but refusing to spend five minutes assisting a patient with a serious fracture -- particularly one who cannot simply drive herself elsewhere -- reflects poorly on this practice. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend OnPoint to anyone in a vulnerable sitution.
