    Parked in the garage and Labcorp will validate your parking so it's free! I was in and out in about 10 minutes and the technician was great.

    The worst labcorp I've been too. There is one person handling all check ins and bloodwork. Very very slow. Will never be coming back here.

Every single staff member I encountered was friendly, compassionate, and professional. Having to go to the ER can be a traumatizing experience because you are already worried about what is going on with yourself. This ER made sure I was tended to with the utmost care and compassion, which made all the difference. Dr. Sherry and Nurse Jackie were absolutely incredible. They were attentive, patient, and never once dismissive of my worries. They took the time to really talk with me, understand my history, and explain everything thoroughly. That level of care and communication is rare and so appreciated. Even though The Heights Emergency Room is a stand-alone ER not tied to a big hospital network, they are impressively well equipped. Their rooms are spacious, comfortable, and as clean as any hospital ER I have ever seen. They also have the equipment to test for a wide range of issues on site, and my labs were drawn and processed right there with results coming back quickly. That kind of efficiency gave me real peace of mind. Since I was there most of the day, they even arranged Chick-fil-A for me, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch. It really made me feel cared for as a person, not just a patient. After a very negative past experience at another hospital, this visit was a complete 180. I will absolutely be coming back here for any and all emergency needs in the future. Hands down, this was the best ER experience I have ever had.

    I visited this urgent care at about 0300 today due to having an allergic reaction. I was itching,…read morewith visible redness & hives all over arms, legs, face, & ears. Although the itching & hives were annoying, I became increasingly concerned because my lips started to swell, which could potentially compromise my airway. The problem came when the young lady at the front desk was unable to verify my insurance. I provided her the front/back of the card, she was still unable to verify it. Ok. So instead of calling someone that could maybe assist her, she totally dismissed my concerns because she thought I didn't have insurance. Gave me a sheet of paper, with highlighted info of another urgent care facility about 12 minutes away. Absurd. Whenever I am having an issue and need to be seen urgently, I never mention that I am a board certified NP & for the last 14 years, was a RN in the acute care setting. This could have totally went left for me. I thank God I was spared for at least 12 mins to go to another facility, but bottom line, my airway was compromised due to angioedema (facial swelling). I would strongly encourage the management team to use this opportunity to educate this young lady and other staff working at the front desk. Not only did she cost the company money/business, she could cost someone their life due to her incompetence. I called a few hours later, as I knew there'd more than likely be someone else working the front desk. Jennifer verified my insurance in less than 2 minutes. She was very helpful & I truly appreciate that. I will be reaching out again to upper management and escalating this concern.
