I waited until next day, but didn't receive anything so I called Rubi who claimed to be the office manager, and she informed me that Sandra gave me the wrong information and she cannot fax me my results. This is a total nonsense and nonprofessional treatment by the employees. Rubi is not doing her job right by training her employees. I will never recommend their services to anyone. I am in the healthcare industry and I know for sure results can be faxed, but cannot be email or mailed. They just wanted a give me a hard time.

The receptionist greeted me warmly and immediately set a positive tone for my visit. The doctor was not only pleasant but incredibly thorough. He took the time to listen and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. I felt HEARD and truly felt like my care mattered. Unlike many ER experiences, the doctor didn't just see me once and disappear. He returned several times throughout my visit to discuss results, answer questions, and make sure I understood everything. He made sure I had an after care plan and explained that all as well. Nurse Pam was absolutely amazing. She is caring, gentle, knowledgeable, and exceptional at what she does. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what I needed to know before leaving and she was pleasant to talk to. Jackie, the CT technologist, was also wonderful. She was kind, warm, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She explained everything before we started so there were no surprises. She was also very pleasant to talk to. I would also like to recognize the young lady who was shadowing. She was kind, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. She asked important questions about my medical history, drug allergies and did a wonderful job making sure I was comfortable. Her compassion and professionalism were evident, and she has a bright future ahead of her in healthcare. Before I was discharged, the staff made sure I had all of my results, understood my next steps, and had every opportunity to ask questions. I never felt like I was being rushed out of the door. The facility itself was clean, organized, and well-maintained. Most importantly, every person I encountered treated me with kindness and compassion. She recommended the ladies at Complete Dermatology, and since they were in-network for me I figured 'hey, why not?'. The whole process was super easy! Online booking, even for new patients, and the forms are available to download and fill out ahead of time (score!). They also send you text message reminders before your appointment, and make it easy to reschedule- day for instance if you came down with the flu over the weekend and had to last-minute reschedule an early-Monday appointment. I really appreciated the easy and flexibility with the whole process. The offices are located off Washington, with lots of parking behind the building. I came early in the morning, and since there's a restaurant nearby the parking might be more difficult later on, but 9am it was wide open. a quick walk to the entrance and I was promptly greeted, checked in, and they took my crumpled up paperwork I had previously filled out and thrown in my purse. They have coffee and water in the waiting room, which is great, but I only sat there for a moment before I was called into the back. My appointment was with Dr. Megan, and she was friendly and efficient - two things i appreciate in my medical team. She completed my skin check in less time than I anticipated, made a recommendation to watch one suspect mole for 6-12 months but she was flexible when I asked to just remove it today, since I'd met my insurance deductible and I'd be 80% more expensive in 6 months. Hah! American medical care is quirky, but she helped make it work for me. The whole visit from arriving to leaving was about 30 minutes, including the one mole removal. They called me with the good news that it wasn't cancerous the very next day (whew!), so I wasn't left wondering for long, either. Easy, fast, and efficient service made my experience with Dr. Megan and Complete Dermatology a great visit. I highly recommend coming here for all your skincare needs!

I actually thought I had a splinter and just wanted it checked to make sure there wasn't something stuck in my foot. The doctor told me it was a callus, did some scraping and applied some type of acid. I honestly don't know exactly what was done because the procedure wasn't really explained to me. What happened afterward was the biggest issue. I left the office and was in so much pain that I could barely walk for an entire week. I went from having a completely normal, non-painful foot that I simply wanted double-checked to being unable to walk comfortably because of the treatment. Fast forward about a month, and my foot started developing something that I'm not even going to describe . I called the office to let them know what was happening, and I was told that they may have treated me incorrectly and caused a corn??? When I questioned why I should have to pay for a follow-up when I had gone in with a non-painful issue and ended up with a painful problem after their treatment, I didn't feel like my concerns were taken seriously. I ultimately went to a podiatrist for a second opinion. He treated my foot immediately in the office, and I literally walked out of his office minutes later without the pain I had been dealing with... and for $30... Unfortunately, this experience left me extremely disappointed. The lack of explanation, the pain I experienced afterward, and the way my concerns were handled when I called were all frustrating. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

Breathe…read more After a few bouts of pneumonia and allergy problems, I was referred to find an ENT. Oh and a clogged ear. Did a Google search and read a bunch of reviews and chose Dr Kaplan. WIN. Made an appt and got in fairly easy. The office is in an older style building but very nice. The front staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend new patient fill out the forms online. Saves major time. Went in and Dr Kaplan worked his magic and cleaned out my ear and prescribed some meds. He asked me if I had allergy issues and said my nasal passages was blocked. He suggested a CT scan of the cranial something to see if I was a good candidate for balloon sinuplasty. He sent in a tech to help me with the insurance. Mine covers the $100 copay if I call for authorization. Apparently they did this quite often. After the CT, he showed me the blockage and we scheduled the procedure. The procedure was done a week later and it was magical. I could breathe better and sleep better. The only payment was $35 co-pay and then a $100 co-pay for the anesthesiologists. There was 2 after care sessions and I was good to go. Dr Kaplan is very professional and courteous. He gave me his cell number and responded promptly by text and call with answers. I appreciated that a lot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. After I saw him, I discovered that he is very well known and has done TV appearances. Wowza. First time here, I didn't have any issues. The doctor gave me a medication. It kind of fixed the problem but I think the symptoms went away on its own. Other than a shocking side effects that almost sent me to the emergency room, I was back to normal. My second time here was to get an allergy test before they can formulate the serum for my allergy shot. Ok. This seems pretty simple. I followed the instructions to prepare my test. I didn't have to wait. The staff poked me a few times (about 82 times) and generated a report. Then, the doctor came in to explain the results and the next step. There were two options, daily drop under the tongue or weekly shots. I thought it was bothersome and expensive for daily dose, nearly $400 for 3 months. He said weekly shots are about the same price. Treatments would last 3 years or longer. I told him I can't do it now because I have some major events I need to attend. He said it would take time to formulate the serum anyway. I was happy that test was done with no side effects. But I am in pain for my wallet. Upon check out, I almost fall to the floor. They charged over $600, including copay for the test. I didn't get any warning. Ugh. I'm so upset and not going back again. I can't afford to get the shots, not even one drop. Tomorrow is the first, the rent needs to be paid. Update: a day later, I called my insurance company and asked them if this provider sent in my procedure for approval. The response was shocking. Nope. So, I removed another star.
