Today on the other hand I went in to try tirzepatide compound honestly I didn't like that the syringes are pre-filled, but I wanted to jump on this trend! I was not told where to inject, how I should modify my diet, how much protein to intake. I've done research, but still. All they did was take my weight, blood pressure and then I got an "ok you're injections are ready" pay up kinda thing. I feel like the employees/medical assistants should be more knowledgeable on medications etc. I asked what was it compounded with and they just said "some b vitamin" Response from the owner 2 months ago That is not how we operate, and this issue should have been reported to management so we could address it immediately. This was my first time visiting this location, and unfortunately, my experience at the front desk…read morewas very disappointing. The young man who checked me in spent most of the time looking at his phone and sending voice messages about things that were clearly unrelated to work. His customer service was minimal, and he showed very little courtesy toward patients. While I was waiting, I also witnessed him interrupt an older lady before she could even finish saying her name, abruptly asking for her ID instead. It came across as rude and unprofessional. Fortunately, not everything about my visit was negative. The CT technologist who performed my exam, Forest (like the movie), was outstanding. He was friendly, patient, professional, and very communicative. He explained every step of the procedure, made sure I felt comfortable, and found my vein on the very first attempt, which is usually very difficult. His professionalism and kindness completely changed my experience for the better. The front desk staff creates the first impression of a medical facility, and I hope they receive additional training in customer service and professionalism. On the other hand, Forest deserves recognition for providing exceptional patient care. He is a great asset to this facility.

I typically get my STD check through stdcheck.com and this location is one of the labs used by the…read morewebsite and it happened to be located only a few short miles away from work. I arrived at this location within 20 or 30 minutes of signing up on the website and when I arrived, there were a couple of customers already waiting to do whatever tests they needed to get done. Even though I had faxed the appointment through the website, I brought a hard copy print out just in case the fax never came through. I probably waited another 15-20 minutes before it was my turn. The phlebotomist who was also the receptionist asked me to go back into the testing room where she asked me to sit down. She started with my left arm, doing the typical blood draw things: rubber around the arm, looking for the vein, etc, etc. But you know what, after MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS of jabbing that goddamn needle in my veins and MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS of poking my arm and wiggling the needle in my arm, she wasn't able to draw blood. Like, she did, but it wasn't nearly as enough for the test. So you know what she did? She moved to my right arm. No apologies, no explanations, no words, no anything. She just moved to the right arm and started the whole process over again - this time it was a success. Like bruh, do you do this to all the patients or what? She gave me a cup to pee in and point me at the bathroom and told me where to put the cup after I was done. I went inside, did my thing, came out, and she was nowhere to be found. I put the cup where she told me to, walked out the room, and left without ever seeing her again (I wanted to ask when I could expect to get the results). I got the results the following day!! THIS was one of the only good things about this place - the quick turnaround, with the other being the affordable cost. Everything else? MEH. I hope the next time I come here, it'll be some other phlebotomist who's going to be doing the draw. Otherwise, I'd just drive a little further and find another location.
