The blank trip just sent me. I return today at 11:35pm and I was in and out. Front desk lady keyed in my details and politely informed Vanessa, who got me in and out. (Vanessa told me she could've got me yesterday at 12:31 while I was here). She also explained that the testing and results are all done in house at this location, and reports for results turn around are within 24 hours! Which is great! The restroom paper towels definitely need to issue out more than a piece of paper that won't cover both hands. But all went well and all was very friendly today. I was there less than 15 minutes.

My first complaint was there was not enough seating. When I got there I had to stand. Came back, had to stand again. My second complaint was, Wendy tells me after I sat there for 20 minutes that their printer was not working and directed me to Fed Ex up the street. Thirdly, after I returned I knocked on the reception window with no response. I sat there for another 20 minutes before Wendy ushered me back. Attitude sour AND did not handle my specimen properly. First thing was I had to ask for my copy of the visit. Second, my specimens was NOT put in their baggy in front of me. Thirdly, my left over urine was left on the back of the sink when I left. Oh, did I mention the BACK printer was working?

I came here a couple of weeks ago to get some blood work done and I was referred here by my doctor…read more I came in as a walk-in and there was an ipad in the front to do a self check-in. Super easy- scan your DL and insurance card and then pick a time you want to be seen. I did the earliest time which was in the next 10 minutes. I sat down and was called back in not even 5 minutes! The phlebotomist was super nice and very fast. The way she tied the tourniquet did not hurt at all and she was able to find my vein right away. The only thing that I would suggest people do is to drink a lot of water before getting blood work! I didn't drink too much prior and my veins were small and my blood wasn't coming out as fast. However, she was still able to get the amount she needed for my tests. After she got all of the vials, she was done and I was already out the door in 10 minutes max. I had a bandage on my arm for a little over 30 minutes and when I took it off I was pleased to see that I did not bruise (: Another thing that I would note- I originally stepped into the "blood center" on accident since there was a big sign above the door. However, Quest does not have a sign and instead the indicator is a white drop off box next to the door and you just go inside. Hope this helps if you can't find it!

I've been to other labs that get you in and out in minutes, even as a walk in. The staff at this lab seemed in no hurry, and unapologetically took their time between calling back patients. Twenty plus minutes for a blood draw is insane.
