Today was definitely better than yesterday's visit. I stop in Monday to get a testing done immediately once receiving the request. -1 Prior to driving to the location, I called and no one answered, no rerouted calls, it just disconnects. -1 Showing up right at 12:30 and being told they away for lunch for one hour. The blank trip just sent me. I return today at 11:35pm and I was in and out. Front desk lady keyed in my details and politely informed Vanessa, who got me in and out. (Vanessa told me she could've got me yesterday at 12:31 while I was here). She also explained that the testing and results are all done in house at this location, and reports for results turn around are within 24 hours! Which is great! The restroom paper towels definitely need to issue out more than a piece of paper that won't cover both hands. But all went well and all was very friendly today. I gave a blood sample on 05/09/2025 . Recklessly the technician (Victoria) in the gessner location hit a nerve as she inserted the needle very fast . since then i have been experiencing electrical shocks and tingling down my forearm. I will be seeking medical attention by going to a neurologist. This is not right and i will taking this further depending on the diagnosis that i will be recieving from the neurologist . Lousy place. I came in for the first time to this location and the entrance was closed and had harriers. No sign telling you where to enter, so I had to drive around the back to get in. My doctor's office digitally sent my order to LapCorp's system and all they had to do is look it up, but nooooooooo! I had to call my doctor's office on a Friday afternoon (most doctor's offices close early on Fridays), to ask them to fax the order. I practically wasted an hour of my day waiting around... no customers there, just me. I finally got my blood work done after this bs... but it doesn't end there. It took two weeks for me to get my results and at this point I was freaking out thinking something was wrong with my health. Come to find out LapCorp NEVER submitted the results to my doctor's office. SMH! read more

Facility is nice - building wise; not a long wait - staff however, seemed unprepared or informed for tests and had to call someone else on the phone for help) - and NO one is very pleasant here at all. I left with a test to complete at home (no bag to hold the items, had to hold everything in my hands, along with my purse) - and the test was sent home with two main components missing - the test requisition sheet and biohazard bag to put everything back in to bring back. Good luck getting through to them on the phone - I have tried for five days to get ANYONE on the phone without success. The receptionist at this location is the worst I have ever dealt with in nearly 50 years of having to deal with medical issues. read more

Terrible experience. Rude. Waited an hour WITH an appointment. Technicians are not good at their job. Painful blood draws. Overall, very poor experience. Would drive the extra miles to avoid this place. Only person that is competent at this facility is the lady that checks you in who is very sweet. read more

phone number is disconnected. national office cant help me. ive got know idea when I'm supposed to go in or how I'm supposed to figure that out. It took my doctor hours to figure out how to send in a simple blood lab order. its like this billion dollar company is being run by middle schoolers. I honestly dont know what to do other than drive all the way out there. 100% would not be going here except its the only one my out of state insurance said it would cover. Get it together LabCorp. This is pathetic. On top of all of that, the few operators I've spoken to have even insanely rude. Which I honestly don't care about. I just want my lab done. This place deserves 0 stars. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and have zero people skills. There was a nurse who thinks she works in a correctional office instead of the medical field. Patients are there to get labwork and not be treated as if they are in prison. The fact that management has allowed this type of behavior is extremely concerning. Do better! read more

WOW, now I see why people die after using these labs. The automated answering system HANGS UP on you after going through the menu. If you hit any button, it hangs up on you. This is the kind of customer service that puts people in the grave. And don't use REDICLINIC or REDILABS because they use these people. read more

This place, contrary to the other reviews. was very professional. I showed up a bit late for my appointment (~5 minutes), but I was checked in and seen within minutes. After the test was completed, I was told my doctor would have the test result the same day (within an hour or two after). I took a star off because the automated answering machine does have a tendency to hang up on you, but you do not even need it. I did everything online, and it was very easy. read more

I have been going to this location for approximately 2 years and I have never had a problem there. I arrived on 9/14 around 2:30 pm (without an appointment) and my blood was drawn about 10 minutes after my arrival time. My doctor failed to put a test that I needed done on his request and Tarana quickly called the doctor to clarify his request then she drew my blood without leaving even a tiny bruise. Also, upon my arrival I was cheerfully greeted by Linda the receptionist, she answers the busy switchboard there and is kind and courteous to every caller. This location seems to be the main office for LabCorp in Houston, so her switchboard is quite busy plus they give her overflow work from the back to help with, she is great and doesn't seem flustered at all with her work load. The staff is friendly and professional. Location is very convenient if you live or work in the NW/Cy-Fair area. They take appointments and walk-ins at this location until 3:15 pm Monday through Friday. I don't understand the previous bad rating, except to say that some people don't seem to write reviews unless they are angry. I hope this helps! read more

If I could give this place less than one star I would. Most unprofessional place ever. Like the first review, on the phone (AND the call center which is the only person that picked up) say lunch is from 1:30-2. I showed up at 12:30, & was turned away Bc of lunch being from 12:30 to 1:30. So I waited an hour outside in my car. One of the staff just happened to be eating in her car next to me while I was waiting. She then walked in with me at 1:30, and was MY nurse. DIDNT wash her hands. Was on the phone the ENTIRE time yacking about some personal problem. Had her assistant take my blood, stuck me in one arm, then pulled it out and asked for help. She then came back put gloves on her unwashed hands and stuck me in the other arm. I'm furious, and hope to god I don't get sick from this disgusting place. I'm mortified. read more

This place is horrible, first of all if you call them the answering message for hours of operation state office is closed from 1:30pm to 2:00 for lunch, I walked in at 1pm and was told lab tech was out to lunch until 1:30. Next I was told they needed a credit card to process specimens and anything that my insurance didn't cover would be charged to card. Second the wait time is ridiculous even when there is no obvious customers in the lobby, you can here the workers joking and talking from the waiting room and lastly after going thru all that they missed collecting a lab that my physician oredered!!! What a joke this place is...do yourself a favor and go the quest diagnostics or some other place!! read more
