I made and appt and put for me to me text since it was no room to sit in the lobby and still never got called until I stop a black bald lady with an attitud. then they lied and said they text me and I pulled up and it was nothing. the manager got the blood but let blood run all my arm. so I had to go back and beat on the door so someone could come out and stop the blood from coming down my arm. I am a nurse and i had to deliver blood and i registered my name before and this black lady from the day shift tall lady was very rude and erased me from the board and i was already next and she called another person and i was waiting about almost an hour. I came here a couple of weeks ago to get some blood work done and I was referred here by my doctor. I came in as a walk-in and there was an ipad in the front to do a self check-in. Super easy- scan your DL and insurance card and then pick a time you want to be seen. I did the earliest time which was in the next 10 minutes. I sat down and was called back in not even 5 minutes! The phlebotomist was super nice and very fast. The way she tied the tourniquet did not hurt at all and she was able to find my vein right away. The only thing that I would suggest people do is to drink a lot of water before getting blood work! I didn't drink too much prior and my veins were small and my blood wasn't coming out as fast. However, she was still able to get the amount she needed for my tests. After she got all of the vials, she was done and I was already out the door in 10 minutes max. I had a bandage on my arm for a little over 30 minutes and when I took it off I was pleased to see that I did not bruise (: Another thing that I would note- I originally stepped into the "blood center" on accident since there was a big sign above the door. However, Quest does not have a sign and instead the indicator is a white drop off box next to the door and you just go inside. Hope this helps if you can't find it! read more

This place is great! I'm not sure why it has such low ratings, as I had a seamless experience. I checked in on my phone 10 minutes before my appointment time and within 2 minutes they called me back to be seen. The woman who helped me was named Vanity, and she was truly incredible at her job! I have a major fear of having blood drawn and she completely understood and helped me to be as comfortable as possible. I never even felt the needle and had no pain whatsoever. My appointment was at 2 pm and I was walking out at 2:05! I highly recommend this Quest location! read more

I made an appointment for 9:10a only to get there & watch while others were taken back. I finally asked at 9:16a did I muss my appointment (I was there early & told by their system upon arrival to check in using their link & NO FURTHER CHECK IN WAS NECESSARY)..A lab technician said "oh, you need to check in on the kiosk, we cant find your appointment." There was NOTHING in the waiting room indicating to do that. In extreme frustration I left having wasted 30 minutes of my time. Also, not one disinfectant dispenser or Lysol wipe was there to clean the germ filled check-in kiosks. read more

Absolutely just discriminated against me. I've been there several times and then today they wanted a prepayment. Even when I pointed out it was not their previous policy and that all my invoices were paid. They blamed a girl that was not there, it was ridiculous and unprofessional. I went home to get my medical credit card went to the jones road location less than one mile away had no issues and did not prepay I don't get why they would behave that way read more

The service here sucks. I'm ok with checking in on an ipad, but if you have a question, NO ONE is there to help you. I knocked on the door and the man acted as if I was bothering him. I told him I signed in via the ipad, but my name was no where on the TV screen and I had been waiting 45 mins at this point. Basically, he told me to sit down and wait. He smelled like smoke! I don't care if you smoke or not, but if you're working in the medical industry and drawing out my blood with needles, you shouldn't smell like cigarette smoke! It was utterly disgusting. All I have to say is that management needs to come in here and pretend that they are a patient. Let's see how you're treated. You'd be surprised what poor customer service your employees offer. Very unprofessional and ignorant staff. My son was denied service because he CANNOT wear a mask due to his autism. They were not even respectful and discriminated my son in public, he has been sad and depressed because of his condition he expresses emotions in a different way than other kids. He is still wondering why he wasn't allowed and blaming his autism as a cause. I hope someone little more conscious than the staff that did that to my son read this review and analyze if the was a right thing to do... I had to go in for blood work. When I walked in I went strait to electronic sign in pad and signed it. I waited with a few other people and then I noticed my name never appeared on the tv prompt to show if I was up next. It took me signing in 3 times before my name showed up. The tech explained that the sign in pad doesn't always work and to keep try till it does. It did not take long however till they called me back. I actually had a lot of blood taken and they were very nice a gentle with me. I would definitely come back here to have my blood taken again if needed. read more

Absolute worst service. No way to connect by phone for scheduling. Forced pre-pay. If you're 10 minutes late you are required to wait for hours. Every time I've ever been to a Quest, it's usually been the same type of atmosphere. And this location was no different. Not very clean (stuff lying around everywhere), less than personable staff (not a smile from one of them), and long waits. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is because they didn't leave a giant bruise on my arm. read more

I went to the quest on Jones road first thing this morning and they were so rude. My mask broke and they looked at me like I was crazy and said I had to wear a mask so the girl says she'll go get me one. She comes back in the rudest tone and says I'm not even supposed to give you one of these. So as were walking through the hall I said will you also know that it's not even a law so she starts hollering at me that, well we do have the right as an individual business to choose to enforce the masks. And I said yeah I sure do know that and mine happened to break when I walked in the door. She said hold on hold on do you know what we don't do these tests and 10 till 10o'clock so you can just Wait an hour. Their whole attitude from the get go was unprofessional and rude. Then I went to the quest on my way home from work on 1960 they're open till five it was 25 minutes before five and she saw me pulling up and lock the door and went inside behind the doors and would not come out. Very bad experience. I had an appointment, but they took all the walk ins. When I questioned them they said I did not have an appointment. I even had a confirmation number but no one wanted to help. They continued to take more walk ins for one hour, then they told me I did not sign in, which I did, so I signed in again. They continued to take walk ins. Then I was told the person who should have taken us went to the restroom and some how we got kicked out of the system. Made an appointment online for some lab work, and was fully expecting to still wait a while in the waiting room. Arrived at my appointment time, and signed into the convenient kiosk. MINUTES later, I was called back. Painless experience! Next day and I have minimal bruising. Only complaint is that it seemed a little dirty. I noticed dust and cob webs in the corners on the ground. Come on- you're sticking a needle into my arm. At least appear to have a sterile environment. Plus side, I was in and out in 15 minutes! read more

When you walk through the door you sign in with an iPad and await your turn. I was seen in 2 minutes which is nice since doctor visits usually seem like the wait time is forever. The blood work was literally done in about 5 minutes which has to be some sort of record! I will definitely be back for their fast service. read more

Also notice that they don't change out their gloves, ever. She left me sitting and went to pick up another person's urine sample and walked straight back in to draw my blood. When I questioned her on it, she said she changed them. No she didn't, I watched her the entire time. I took my order over to Lab Corp on Fallbrook. I'm not one that usually leaves reviews. I usually let things go, but I have never had an experience like today. While visiting this location if quest Diagnostics for routine blood work on my 14 month old, the lady at the front was very short and very rude. When taken to the back she told me how to hold my baby to help with getting the blood drawn. I did exactly as she said and used my free hand to hold my babies face and try to comfort her as she screamed and cried through this process. The lady drawing her blood GRABBED my arm away from my child's face and screamed at me to use both hands to restrain her down. Mind you they were almost done and had two people in there helping. I am in no way okay with anyone touching me like that as well as ripping me away from my child. Very disappointed in the customer service. read more

The people here are so rude! My husband had an appointment scheduled and was never called. The rude worker rolled her eyes anda said "we already called you!" They hadn't. Me and my husband were sitting right in front of the door the entire time. Also we never received the text that they send out when they call a patient either as they tell you it's ok to wait in the car because of covid, so obviously they couldn't have called him. So you would think they would call him next right? No. They just completely forgot about him. Multiple workers left and went to lunch, had time to come back, and we were still sitting there waiting. My husband tried to go to the front desk to inquire again but all the lights were turned off. So he had to make another appointment, then had to wait 30 more minutes. Eventually we gave up and left. A place this disorganized probably doesn't keep up with sanitation guidelines anyway. They surely do not train their staff. 0/10 I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS PLACE read more

I was warded off from coming here originally by reviews online. But I decided to bite the bullet and go for it. I showed up 10 minutes prior to opening and there was a small line of people already. One of the technicians will unlock the door and welcome everyone in, but you're going to check in on a tablet. THEY LOST MY SAMPLE!! HORRIBLE PLACE! FIRST they tried to say I NEVER dropped off my specimen, then they said I didn't label it! It was clearly labeled WITH the order form in the sealed bag!!! RIDICULOUS! And you can't reach anyone there so I have to go in person to tell them how incompetent they are and do my sample again! Oh! And I have to have my doctor send me another copy of the order because QUEST HAS IT!!!!! Have to do samples all over again! This is taking too much of my time. This was the worst lab I have ever stepped foot in. The staff member that called me back had the worst attitude like I was the one that made her work there. I walked in, was extremely nice because I feel like what you give is what you get, well she ruined that by rolling her eyes talking to me like I was a child because she does not know how to word her sentences to make it understandable then flip around in her chair like I was the one stupid. Telling someone "your total lab charges are ..." then says "the covered amount is ..." really makes you think that what she is saying is the insurance is only covering the "covered amounts" right? NO, she was trying to say that was my part due and said I was the one that misunderstood (she said it 3 times) OKAY B I get it, you said it WRONG. I will continue using Memorial Hermann Labs unless I am forced to go to QUEST like I was this time. They are unprofessional. Those types of employed people will ruin your business. read more
