My gps guided me there but there were many suits there and there wasn't a business name placard above there location. Fortunately I had there suite number in the address so I was able to find it. My blood work lasted a little longer than normal as my blood didn't want to flow out. On the end, the technician had to use my hand to complete the blood draw. Glad it got done.

We finally got up said hello and then someone yelled back we will be with you shortly. About five minutes later you hear someone yell go to room two. Instead of coming out to get us they just yell what room to go to. Just being the only customer in the building you would at least have someone come out and talk to you. Am I right or wrong? Or is this the way business run now days.

Because there were no seats available, I waited just outside the door, and during that time they removed me from the list. When I came back in, I was told I needed to re-check in and wait again, despite having already been waiting. As a result, a simple blood draw took almost an hour, and I watched several people who arrived after me get seen first. Maria eventually helped me and was kind and professional, but her help doesn't make up for the poor communication, lack of organization, and unnecessary time wasted.

From the moment we walked in, she had such a warm and inviting presence. She immediately made Blaire feel comfortable by letting her pick from a bowl of stickers (and even told her she could have more than one!). She thoughtfully turned on Miss Rachel, one of Blaire's favorites, and even had a hot pink tourniquet and a purple bandaid - small details that made a big difference in making the experience feel fun rather than scary. Most importantly, Kisha was so incredibly positive and gentle that Blaire didn't even flinch! I was expecting tears, but instead, she had a stress-free experience thanks to Kisha's kindness and skill. We are so grateful! If you need bloodwork done, especially for a little one, I highly recommend asking for Kisha. She is amazing!

I really like the people and the facility itself. It's incredibly helpful to all of us to know that you can get ER or Urgent Care assistance in the same place, depending upon the problem being treated and its severity. How wonderful is it to have a Doctor on hand. The service is very quick. They gather all the data and quickly get you settled in a very cute treatment t room. Look at those pictures. The greeting at the front desk upon arrival is friendly and helpful. I really like this place. I'd rather I didn't need to go, but it's great knowing that there is a doctor and competent staff to see to your care.

I can't tell you how convenient it is to choose your own day and time! I scheduled my appointment for 9 a.m. on Thursday morning. The actual business is located inside Randalls, adjacent to the pharmacy which was yet another great convenience. This location is relatively new having only been opened since October 2016 so everything was clean and pristine. I arrived 5 minutes early, signed in and waited about 2 minutes before being called. I had the pleasure of dealing with a wonderful and proficient phlebotomist named Katrina. She had no problems drawing blood and luckily I didn't feel a thing. All in all, it was a great experience, I will definitely be utilizing this location in the future.

I came here a couple of weeks ago to get some blood work done and I was referred here by my doctor…read more I came in as a walk-in and there was an ipad in the front to do a self check-in. Super easy- scan your DL and insurance card and then pick a time you want to be seen. I did the earliest time which was in the next 10 minutes. I sat down and was called back in not even 5 minutes! The phlebotomist was super nice and very fast. The way she tied the tourniquet did not hurt at all and she was able to find my vein right away. The only thing that I would suggest people do is to drink a lot of water before getting blood work! I didn't drink too much prior and my veins were small and my blood wasn't coming out as fast. However, she was still able to get the amount she needed for my tests. After she got all of the vials, she was done and I was already out the door in 10 minutes max. I had a bandage on my arm for a little over 30 minutes and when I took it off I was pleased to see that I did not bruise (: Another thing that I would note- I originally stepped into the "blood center" on accident since there was a big sign above the door. However, Quest does not have a sign and instead the indicator is a white drop off box next to the door and you just go inside. Hope this helps if you can't find it!
