I understand some people have not had good experiences here but I stopped by regardless. I was very nervous and I took my daughter with me. The staff was kind and patient. My daughter didn't seem to effect them. It wasn't excellent customer service but it was in no way bad either! The wait time was also very short. I would definitely go back again. read more

went to get some blood work done to check if there are any risk that I may be getting diabetes, it is a cheap way to get tests done without insurance and they give you fast results I just wish there was a closer one to my house. It would be nice that when the results come in they can have the option in mailing it to your house or emailing it to you. You have to go all the way to the lab and pick up your results well unless you get someone you authorize to go pick it up for you. The hours are at 630 so it does give you time to try to beat the traffic after work to go get the results. The employees are very knowledgable and friendly read more

Stopped in today for some blood work and my experience was ok!! Two young girls work the counter so by default I didn't expect phenomenal service. But nonetheless it was a fairly quick process.my biggest critique would be for management to be more involved/ present to cut down on personal conversations while dealing with the customer. read more

Wow is all I can say don't waste your time or your money at this place there's a lot of great any lab test now this is not one of them I stopped by on three different occasions and finally on the third time she said she was open and then she wanted to jack up the price more than double than what I paid last time. I have just been here to do my urine test at 5.35pm, and the lady working here is very weird. She treated me as if I had been a stupid who didn't deserve an explanation on why the cup couldn't read my urine sample. Shockingly, she told me that I was NOT allowed to know why, and tried to shut me up by repeating that I would have to come back another time to redo the test, which was unacceptable. She even knocked the door of the restroom to rush me when I was trying to get my urine sample. When I just got out of the restroom, she told me to place the cup onto the counter with a bossy tone of voice, and without using the word "Please" as the basic politeness that a professional should have had. I don't understand why this place could hire a person like this to work here, because I didn't feel any respect and friendliness from this lady at all on my visit. I don't mind to come back another time and redo the test, but I totally disagree with the attitude of this person working here. She made me feel very upset with her attitude and hate of seeing her face again. I will go to another lab to have my urine test done again. I will tell everybody around me to stay away from this location of Any Lab Test Now. Totally unprofessional and immature !!! Worst customer service ever ! read more

DO NOT take your children to this place!!, I went to this location this morning because I needed lab work on my 2 kids, aged 5 and 9 years old. I called ahead to make sure the did pediatric lab work, they said they did. When they say the do, I am trusting that they are experienced and qualified with children as well. It turns out they are NOT EXPERIENCED with children. First, it was my 5 yr old turn, the first thing the nurse asked her coworker was: Is this a vein, Can you come and help me?, She kept on going from one arm to the other for about 5 minutes trying to find a vein. By now my son was extremely nervous, crying. They said they would not be able to draw his blood, which I totally understood. Then I told my 9 yr old, who has had blood drawn three times in the past with no issues, to go ahead. Well, it was the same thing, going from one arm to the other, it took them 5 minutes to find his vein. Once found the nurse inserted the needle and kept on LOOKING FOR the vein. After one minute of seeing my son suffering I told them to forget about it, I would go somewhere else. The nurse blamed her lack of experience on my son's nervousness. It was quite clear to me that neither one was skilled in drawing blood from children. When the nurse voided our transaction that had already been paid she handed the recepit to me and said" Here is your recepit, NOW YOU CAN GET OUT" Well, I did get out like she said and took my 337.00 dllrs to Quest Diagnostics, which is the place where I usually go and is located two blocks down. It took the nurse, at Quest Diagnostics, less than one minute to get my 5 yr old blood samples. LESSON LEARNED: just add a couple of 100 dllrs and stick to the professionals, who are fully qualified to do their job on any age and don't blame their inexperience on children. This was the FIRST and LAST TIME I visit your location and this franchise. I was not pleased with your employees inexperience and the lack of customer service. I will listen to your employee's advice, now you can get out, and I will take my business and money somewhere else. At Quest Diagnostics, it might be more expensive but the staff is fully qualified and skilled in their job and their customer service is awesome, unlike yours! read more
