Today we came in again, since we did go out of town, for our peace of mind we came again because of the well organized experience and they had a 30 min wait time compared to the 2 hours a few weeks ago. Entrust Immediate Care - Disappointing Experience This is my second time visiting Entrust Immediate Care in less than a week. I was here on Saturday, and today is Thursday--I feel even worse than before. My body aches are severe, and despite taking ibuprofen, meloxicam, and naproxen every 4-6 hours, my symptoms have worsened. During my visit, I explained my situation to the provider, including the fact that alternating with Tylenol had provided some relief. He sent prescriptions to the pharmacy, but when I arrived, I was told something was not done correctly. The pharmacy sent me back to Entrust, where I was informed that no one knew how to properly send the medication through the system. I came here twice seeking relief and hoping to feel better, only to be met with confusion and a lack of efficiency. Now I'm stuck in a frustrating loop while still feeling awful, with a low-grade fever despite all the medication I've taken. This has been a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for competent and timely care. read more

No scanning or imaging equipment and no referrals given either. A waste of time and my $50.00 copay. I knew I didn't have a life-threatening condition which is why I went to urgent care. However this facility is disappointing and I didn't even get answers. Not even anything for my pain! I do not recommend. I should have been given a urine test and scan at least. Worst urgent care ever and will not be returning. I came to this location on Friday January 20th and it is now Friday January 27th with no updated information from them. I've called everyday this week to see the results of my lab work and every day I've called they say "should be later today or tomorrow but we'll give you a call". DO NOT GO HERE! I first went to entrust @ memorial which is a sister branch for covid test and had such a great experience. Thought I come to this one cause it's closer. Entrust Memorial took 15-30 mins to get tested where you stand in line on foot. Upon arrive at entrust Bunker hill, I stood in line for about 20 minutes. There were only about 10-15 ppl in line and this very rude lady took down our insurance company name, phone number and name. The pervious person had just walked off and I was moving forward as she blurted out something. I said I'm sorry what? And she goes what do you need? I said a covid test and she asked for insurance company phone number and to see my id. No idea why you need to see my id if you weren't gonna take a picture or scan it. Seems like she saw that I was oriental and was racist to avoid trying to spell my name or something. She said the wait would be 1-4 hrs. NO IDEA HOW THE WAIT TIME COULD HAVE SUCH A HUGE RANGE. You only get 5 minutes to come back when they call you... so pretty much everyone sits in their car. I'm sick and was alone...if something had happened to me while waiting in my car, not sure they'll even notice... After 3 hrs, I got a call from a fairly sweet lady that made ZERO SENSE. She asked where I was parked as if she was gonna come find me....then proceed to tell me to drive to the back and find her, she'll be in a "ladder"...I quickly drove to the back where there's A chase parking lot to find A LOT OF CARS LINED UP. I drove up to a lady in scrubs that was checking on a line of cars but couldn't get her attention... so I drove up to a few other ppl I saw in scrubs and they asked my name...then said she been looking for you over there. Which made ZERO SENSE. I drove from the front of the lot to the back within a minute of receiving the call and they acted like I came from home. When the lady checked me in, she also acted like I took a long time to come and said my spot is "all the way up there". After she grabbed my ID and insurance info she said this is now my spot in line and it could take up to 2.5 hrs. 20 minute in line + 3 hrs waiting in my car anywhere nearby + another 2.5 hr to park in line??!? PASS, got my id back and left. I drove 17 minutes to entrust memorial where I was greeted by very sweet ladies in scrubs. Stood in line and was done with my covid test within 15 minutes. read more

i came in for throat pain that i've had for 2 weeks and after being undertreated at a different urgent care. the dr came and looked at my throat for 2 seconds to tell me my tonsils weren't swollen. Be careful with the front desk here. They told me my copay was $175 when it was actually $20 (as printed on the front of my insurance card!!). And the price they charge for a PCR for travel is EXORBITANT. $195! So far, the treatment has been fine. They prescribed amoxicillin and cough syrup for bronchitis I have. Pretty standard. read more

My husband was misdiagnosed and because of that, he exposed almost 100 people to the flu, including my daughter who is now laying in a hospital bed at Methodist Hospital. Last year they misdiagnosed the same daughter with a sinus infection when she actually had pneumonia. She couldn't breathed and actually collapsed standing for her X-ray. No one told me, when she got back to the room she was able to tell me. This crap sent her to Methodist ER last April. She spent a week there recovering. Came in with a broken ankle, left with no pain meds, crutches, etc. The staff and service can only be viewed as 3rd world only to tell me that I should take my wife's medication from her recent c section to help with pain. This URGENT care clinic closes at midnight and reopens at 7:00am. They gave me a Covid test and a flu test and told me to go out to my car and wait. Well, it was a cold, wet, miserable day and sitting in the car was cold. I went back inside and said I was not going to wait in the car. I was going to wait in the waiting room. There were 3 other people in the waiting room and they were not asked to wait outside. Those 3 other people were caucasians. I'm not caucasian and I was the only one asked to wait outside?????? Some discrimination going on there.
