Maria the medical assistant deserves her own spin-off. Quick, friendly, and somehow managed to take vitals without making me feel like I was on trial. NP Sultana? Absolute star of the episode. Listened, explained, and actually cared--without the "Dr. Google" attitude. They tag-teamed like the Avengers of urgent care, and honestly, I left feeling healthier and entertained. The front desk employee was very rude and showed little compassion toward patients. She was slamming doors, spoke in a sharp, impatient tone, and made the environment feel unwelcoming. Front desk staff are often the first point of contact, and a little kindness and professionalism can make a big difference. Especially for patients who may already be stressed. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the patient experience.

Bennett was my nurse and he was awesome. I would say hands down he was the one that made my experience such a good one. They didn't make me feel stupid for waiting so long to come in. They tested for all the things (Covid, Flu, Strep, Pneumonia) and fortunately I only left with a diagnosis of a bad chest cold. They administered an antibiotic and sent me home with a few prescriptions to help me get better. I would definitely come back here again. Highly recommend!

Unfair billing and zero flexibility--do not recommend!…read more I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience at this location. I brought my kids in to get physicals and paid upfront. Before the appointment even started, we realized my daughter had accidentally left her glasses at home. The staff told us we either had to drive all the way back home right then to grab the glasses or come back the next morning. I agreed to return the next morning, assuming our payment would carry over since my daughter never received her physical or any care that day. To my shock, they then informed me that if we came back tomorrow, we would have to pay the full fee all over again, even though no physical was performed! Charging twice for a service that was never delivered is completely unreasonable and feels like a total scam. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for fair treatment or decent customer service. Save your money and go somewhere else. Oh and the "GOOD REVIEWS" are bought by them saying they'll give you a Starbucks gift card in exchange of good review

The greeting at the front desk upon arrival is friendly and helpful. I really like this place.
