Sixty days later I got a charge on my credit card. I never saw a copy of a bill. Never had a chance to appeal insurance denial. And never was allowed to ask my doctor to explain the tests ordered to-insurance co . If this is quest's new procedure. I'm out! They should re-evaluate unauthorized use of credit cards.

My gps guided me there but there were many suits there and there wasn't a business name placard above there location. Fortunately I had there suite number in the address so I was able to find it. Because there were no seats available, I waited just outside the door, and during that time they removed me from the list. When I came back in, I was told I needed to re-check in and wait again, despite having already been waiting.
