The actual business is located inside Randalls, adjacent to the pharmacy which was yet another great convenience. This location is relatively new having only been opened since October 2016 so everything was clean and pristine. I arrived 5 minutes early, signed in and waited about 2 minutes before being called. I had the pleasure of dealing with a wonderful and proficient phlebotomist named Katrina. She had no problems drawing blood and luckily I didn't feel a thing. All in all, it was a great experience, I will definitely be utilizing this location in the future.

The front desk employee was very rude and showed little compassion toward patients. She was slamming doors, spoke in a sharp, impatient tone, and made the environment feel unwelcoming. Front desk staff are often the first point of contact, and a little kindness and professionalism can make a big difference. Especially for patients who may already be stressed. I am so glad I came here. My results will be back in 2 to 3 days tops, just in time for my doctor appointment to review everything. Nisa was very friendly and accommodating, I felt safe at all times. I would definitely recommend Quest for any laboratory test you may need results on.
