She didn't take it serious and showed me everything. She then attempted to draw blood on my left arm and the tech states "nothing's coming out" so she removed it and moved to the right arm. I said I don't handle this well, I can't be poked multiple times what happened. She said "I would be here all day on the other arm nothings coming." I allowed her to try my right arm, she poked slightly aggressive and then she had a very unsteady arm and kept moving the needle. This hurt! Every time I felt the need move I would make a face and she then said "I've been doing this 25yrs and if you calm down its fine." I said "I was calm" and then asked if she's getting anything? She pushed on my vein and said nothing's coming (this hurts to push your vein a needle is in). I said ok it's fine please take it out, the Lab tech said "you really need this done." I said it's not working just stop please, she ignored me. I asked her again "please stop, take it out." She said "it needs be done, fine!" She then very aggressively ripped the needle from my arm! I was crying and saying it hurts. She went to my left arm removed the cotton ball very aggressively again and then tossed the cotton ball into my lap, my right arm was dripping with blood. The Lab tech then said "your done, go." I had to lift the bar on the chair in front of me and walked out of the office crying, in pain and completely traumatized as she walked over to the doctors office. I was given her name and supervisor contact information, however it is not accurate! DO NOT go here for any lab work. This was insanely painful and truly traumatizing. This Labtech I think damaged something, I have a bubble of blood! Please beware and go anywhere else, this is not worth any convenience for he amount of pain and treatment you will receive.

There were two people working and both were very friendly. The lady I had drawing my blood was very personable and asked about my plans for the remaining of the day. She even told me about her daughter getting ready to go back to school. She made sure to make sure I was comfortable before we got started and let me know when to expect the needle. She hit the target on the first try. I was very happy with the service I received.

She did a fantastic job of explaining everything very thoroughly, going through the necessary clearance forms, and was very gentle with the vaccine administration. She even offered my kids snacks while I completed the 15 minute observation period. I sincerely thank her for her service to the community and the opportunity to receive the vaccine. I usually go to memorial Herman and I wish I would have stayed there because I never had anyone be rude to me like this woman who works reception at labcorp. you can tell by the look on her face that she's rude. she's a horrible employee, horrible mother, and horrible person. She shouldn't be working a front desk anywhere. She thinks she's entitled (as she said verbatim about her "entitled children". St Luke's needs employees who are kind and caring. Not rude to someone who just walked through the door and this was my FIRST experience of this Labcorp and SECOND bad experience being in the same room as that woman.

I am so glad I came here. My results will be back in 2 to 3 days tops, just in time for my doctor appointment to review everything. Nisa was very friendly and accommodating, I felt safe at all times. I would definitely recommend Quest for any laboratory test you may need results on. They're right across the street from Willowbrook Mall in the Ross shopping center in a new state of the art laboratory.

I arrived on time for my appointment, checked in at the kiosk, and was seen immediately called back. I spent less than 10 minutes at the facility on total. The phlebotomist was quick and we chatted throughout the process which helped keep me distracted. I deducted a star because they use the stickiest medical tape which is painful to remove instead of the wrap.

Five minutes later a lab tech came and got me. The tech drew my blood without any issues and I was on my way in under fifteen minutes.
