There were two people working and both were very friendly. The lady I had drawing my blood was very personable and asked about my plans for the remaining of the day. She even told me about her daughter getting ready to go back to school. She made sure to make sure I was comfortable before we got started and let me know when to expect the needle. She hit the target on the first try. I was very happy with the service I received.

I have been completing this exact lab work every three months for nearly three years, and as an RN, I know exactly what a hemolyzed specimen looks like. I specifically asked the technician whether the sample was acceptable, and she assured me that it was fine. What makes this even worse is the complete lack of communication and accountability afterward. For an entire week, I repeatedly followed up and was continuously told that my specimen was "still being processed." It was only after I contacted the corporate office that I discovered the truth: the specimen was never run because they claimed I had not fasted. At no point did this branch notify me by phone, text, or email that I needed to repeat the lab draw. I only found out one day before my doctor's appointment and only because I relentlessly pursued answers from customer service. The level of incompetence, dishonesty, and disregard for patients' time and healthcare is beyond unacceptable. If you value your health, your time, and accurate communication, avoid this Quest Diagnostics branch entirely.

The staff were completely confused about how to accept something ordered by an urgent care which had (1) doctor's orders with all of the details and (2) a sample in a Quest collection bag. The instructions provided by urgent care were clear that the sample was time sensitive. Somehow "must be delivered to lab within 2 hours of sample collection" that were in the instructions completely baffled the staff.

My blood order was quite complicated but needless to say he was able to help me with the paper work. Very helpful and Just him trying the best he can and knowing what he's doing saved me time from having to go back. Not many are like that.
