25511 BUDDE RD, STE 3503 SPRING, TX ( labcorp ) laboratorio Directamente a LabCorp , esta mañana fui hacerme mis análisis llegando estaba totalmente vacío el área me anote en la lista de espera y me dirigí al salón de espera , los trabajadores adjunto descripción: una señora de pelo corto y un señor joven de baja estatura en conjunto a otro joven vestido con uniforme de la salud todos conversaban de asuntos personales en voz alta combinado con risas y desorden en nuestra presencia , uno de ellos me dijo que me anotara en la lista y ahí empieza el tiempo a correr.... mientras ellos conversaban ..... llegamos a reunirnos 3 familia en espera hasta que decido preguntar si me podían atender ??, la señora me dijo que ellos eran seres humanos y necesitaban conversar 10:30 am en plena jornada laboral y varios pacientes esperando , a lo que yo le respondí , ud no puede conversar mientras tiene pacientes en espera menos de temas personales ninguno asociado al trabajo a lo que ella me responde .. para que ud se sienta feliz yo tengo que conversar de temas de trabajo solamente ?? Le dije no, ud debe prestar servicio y respetar que tiene varias familias esperando, le dije usted está representando a un negocio que pertenece a la salud mi tiempo es valioso y no tengo que esperar porque ustedes conversen se rían y nos falten el respeto a tantas personas presentes (3 familias diferentes en espera ) me responde tenemos derecho de conversar aquí muchas personas esperan hasta una hora yo le respondí , si la espera es debido a un flujo de pacientes numera les es normal pero no porque ustedes conversen y todos tenemos que esperar que terminen una largo tiempo de socializar en horario de trabajo ,,,,, seguidamente ella me dice el que estaba aquí era el supervisor, wow sorpresa divina para mi le respondí peor aún muy poco profesional son todos cuando ven que llegan pacientes y nos ignoran para continuar en risas y conversaciones personales ... finalmente hablé con el supervisor que para este momento dudo que realmente sea alguien con ese rango y que haya sido partícipe de tanta falta de respeto , quien me pidió disculpas por lo sucedido , resulta que el resto de las familias que esperaban en el salón comentaban entre ellas que esos trabajadores del laboratorio eran muy odiosos es decir es muy preocupante que un centro que brinda servicios de salud las personas que lo visitan frecuentemente tengan un estado de opinión tan negativo de quien presta servicios de flebotomía Directly to LabCorp, this morning I went to get my tests done. I told her no, you should provide service and respect that she has several families waiting, I told her you are representing a business that belongs to health, my time is valuable and I do not have to wait because you talk, laugh and disrespect so many people present (3 different families waiting) she answers me we have the right to talk here many people wait up to an hour I answered her, if the wait is due to a large flow of patients it is normal but not because you talk and we all have to wait for you to finish a long time of socializing during work hours,,,,, then she tells me the one who was here was the supervisor, wow divine surprise for me I answered even worse very unprofessional are all when they see patients arrive and they ignore us to continue laughing and having personal conversations ... finally I spoke with the supervisor who at this moment I doubt that he really is someone with that rank and that he has been involved in so much disrespect, who apologized to me for what happened, it turns out that the rest of the families waiting in the room were talking to each other That those laboratory workers were very hateful, that is to say, it is very worrying that a center that provides health services, the people who visit it frequently have such a negative opinion of those who provide phlebotomy services. read more

This place has turned into a nightmare over the last few years. I used to call it the Chick-fil-A of labs, but now it is a place where the employees are all apathetic, lazy, and rude!!! I am convinced that the black lady that used to be a phlebotomist, and now I have only seen working at the desk gets a twisted thrill out of making people wait and making them mad. LabCorp needs to clean house and get people that genuinely care about customer service again. I go here every few months for routine blood work, and despite getting the first appointment of the day, I always have to wait. One day, the guy working at the front desk was stuffing his face with a breakfast burrito in front of everyone!! I understand that people need to eat, but can't they do that on their own time?? read more

Was there today at 7:43am. The person at the front desk was rube. I was standing by the window and she was on the phone with someone asking then when they gone bring her something to eat just watching me stand there. Didn't say just one moment ma'am, nothing. read more
