She didn't take it serious and showed me everything. She then attempted to draw blood on my left arm and the tech states "nothing's coming out" so she removed it and moved to the right arm. I said I don't handle this well, I can't be poked multiple times what happened. She said "I would be here all day on the other arm nothings coming." I allowed her to try my right arm, she poked slightly aggressive and then she had a very unsteady arm and kept moving the needle. This hurt! Every time I felt the need move I would make a face and she then said "I've been doing this 25yrs and if you calm down its fine." I said "I was calm" and then asked if she's getting anything? She pushed on my vein and said nothing's coming (this hurts to push your vein a needle is in). I said ok it's fine please take it out, the Lab tech said "you really need this done." I said it's not working just stop please, she ignored me. I asked her again "please stop, take it out." She said "it needs be done, fine!" She then very aggressively ripped the needle from my arm! I was crying and saying it hurts. She went to my left arm removed the cotton ball very aggressively again and then tossed the cotton ball into my lap, my right arm was dripping with blood. The Lab tech then said "your done, go." I had to lift the bar on the chair in front of me and walked out of the office crying, in pain and completely traumatized as she walked over to the doctors office. I was given her name and supervisor contact information, however it is not accurate! DO NOT go here for any lab work. This was insanely painful and truly traumatizing. This Labtech I think damaged something, I have a bubble of blood! Please beware and go anywhere else, this is not worth any convenience for he amount of pain and treatment you will receive.

There were two people working and both were very friendly. The lady I had drawing my blood was very personable and asked about my plans for the remaining of the day. She even told me about her daughter getting ready to go back to school. She made sure to make sure I was comfortable before we got started and let me know when to expect the needle. She hit the target on the first try. I was very happy with the service I received.

Arriving, the area was completely empty, I signed up on the waiting list and headed to the waiting room. The workers, I attach a description: a lady with short hair and a young man of short stature, together with another young man dressed in a health uniform, all of them were talking about personal matters in a loud voice combined with laughter and disorder in our presence, one of them told me to sign up on the list and there the time began to pass.... while they were talking..... we ended up meeting 3 families waiting until I decided to ask if they could see me ????, the lady told me that they were human beings and needed to talk 10:30 am in the middle of the work day and several patients waiting, to which I replied, you cannot talk while you have patients waiting, much less about personal matters, none associated with work, to which she replied... for you to feel happy, do I have to talk about work matters only ???? I told her no, you should provide service and respect that she has several families waiting, I told her you are representing a business that belongs to health, my time is valuable and I do not have to wait because you talk, laugh and disrespect so many people present (3 different families waiting) she answers me we have the right to talk here many people wait up to an hour I answered her, if the wait is due to a large flow of patients it is normal but not because you talk and we all have to wait for you to finish a long time of socializing during work hours,,,,, then she tells me the one who was here was the supervisor, wow divine surprise for me I answered even worse very unprofessional are all when they see patients arrive and they ignore us to continue laughing and having personal conversations ... finally I spoke with the supervisor who at this moment I doubt that he really is someone with that rank and that he has been involved in so much disrespect, who apologized to me for what happened, it turns out that the rest of the families waiting in the room were talking to each other That those laboratory workers were very hateful, that is to say, it is very worrying that a center that provides health services, the people who visit it frequently have such a negative opinion of those who provide phlebotomy services.

I am so glad I came here. My results will be back in 2 to 3 days tops, just in time for my doctor appointment to review everything. Nisa was very friendly and accommodating, I felt safe at all times. I would definitely recommend Quest for any laboratory test you may need results on. They're right across the street from Willowbrook Mall in the Ross shopping center in a new state of the art laboratory.

I arrived on time for my appointment, checked in at the kiosk, and was seen immediately called back. I spent less than 10 minutes at the facility on total. The phlebotomist was quick and we chatted throughout the process which helped keep me distracted. I deducted a star because they use the stickiest medical tape which is painful to remove instead of the wrap.
