Update from my previous review!!! (I'm only allowed. 1 review) (2 months ago) This clinic has been my go to for phentermine and lipo b shots never had any issue with them! Today on the other hand I went in to try tirzepatide compound honestly I didn't like that the syringes are pre-filled, but I wanted to jump on this trend! I was not told where to inject, how I should modify my diet, how much protein to intake. I've done research, but still. All they did was take my weight, blood pressure and then I got an "ok you're injections are ready" pay up kinda thing. I feel like the employees/medical assistants should be more knowledgeable on medications etc. I asked what was it compounded with and they just said "some b vitamin" Response from the owner 2 months ago That is not how we operate, and this issue should have been reported to management so we could address it immediately. We hope Google assists you promptly and provides you with the medical attention you need since you felt this was the best way to get the help you needed. We wish you the best on your journey. Today 05/27/2025 Did you know if you leave a review they will add you to the " Do not treat patient list" !!! A review is meant for the business to listen to us and "help" them improve! Not here! They will not service you!! I called to ask for pricing on tirzepatide and the receptionist asked for my information which I gave her my name and she said I'm on the list ! I asked to speak to the owner or manager and all she could provide me was an email! Looks like this is going to the board. GET well offers many services that benefit the needs of weight loss and healthy goals. I've been here a few times and I have yet to experience poor customer service or negative results. Love this place! read more

The office staff who answers the phone at peatland needs to have more training on customer service. They too quick to get off the phone and are talking whilst you also speaking. They need to be retrained throughly. read more

Not ran by a doctor, unprofessional, unhealthy , scammers anything for a dollar, do not trust your health here!

In 2022 she wrote an ordered a CT scan because I was told I had something on my pancreas. She is very knowledgeable and shared something's with me that helped me through the process. I was later diagnosed 3/2023 lwith Pancreatic Cancer. I'm thankful for her during my journey. Just FYI I'm blessed better chemo and surgery cancer free. Thank you for all your help and input. This place is AWFUL. called on a Monday and was told just to do a walk in to do 7th graders immunization shots. Walked in on Thursday to be told it was "a process". they would call us back later in the day to come in. go back 4 hours later only to be told they didn't have the shots we needed. they clearly need to get it together! read more

Amazing from check-in! Staff is professional and courteous! The provider did a great job explaining, not only what was wrong but what to expect in the days to come with the medications! Non existent patient follow up. Lack of patient follow up for results of testing. Not reliable if you need to get your test results. The results may be in, but you have no access, nor their confirmation via email, nor via text. They do not notify you at all. read more

Save your money and go elsewhere. As a new patient it took 10 days to get standard blood work back and still not discussed. I asked if my prev medications were submitted now and 2/5 were done, again 10 days later. Reasoning I got for delay was docs went on vaca, sorry. read more

The doctors and staff are extremely friendly and to the point. They get you in and out and are thorough. I love how the rooms I have been in have toys for my son to play with when I bring him. He is a very active 1 year old. One thing I have noticed is that It's always so clean and comfortable temperature wise. read more

THE BEST experience I've had using urgent care services - EVER!!! I was treated with respect, empathy and was given the courtesy of actually being heard. Terry took her time and conducted a comprehensive exam. She was also well versed in the issue I was seeking help for. I left with the feeling that what I proffered mattered and that they truly cared. From begging to end, my interaction with the entire team was positive and the the fees were more than reasonable for the amount of time they invested. First time I made an appointment...they scheduled me at the Kingwood location. I originally told her that was too far. I live close to the Woodlands location. Scheduled for afternoon. Receptionist called in the morning..the day of appointment to see if I could come in the morning of. I asked what time she said "now." I said I could not. I would keep afternoon appt. She then let out a big sigh. As if I inconvenienced her. 30 minutes prior to my appointment I asked if it was OK to show up early. They said yes. I could fill out paper work. After waiting an hour and a half. I asked when would I be seen. They didn't know. There were 2 other patients in front of me. I asked would it be another hour? He had no answer for me other than maybe. I had another doctors appointment that was already pushed back because I was waiting to be seen. I look at this as poor scheduling. Who has time to sit and waste a day from taking off work. Not to mention whoever answered the phone needs to learn better business ethics. I will be taking my business somewhere else and would never recommend this place. read more

Will Not go here again. My experience with them was being mean to my child, eye-rolls, being talked over and down to. I tried getting an appointment for my child and myself. We walked in with a mask as their sign dictates and I am waiting to speak with the office attendant, my son is tall for his age but is still very much a child while waiting my son's grandmother calls and because I am waiting to speak with the secretary I give the phone to my son for him to talk with her about his day. My mother-in-law was having a hard time understanding him so he took his mask down to talk with her- this apparently sent off alarms in the office because not only the secretary but also one of the nurses immediately got on to him- they had not yet hardly acknowledged me waiting but an 8 year old they will yell at. He visually upset gets off the phone and hands it to me - I start to text my m-i-l that I will call her back and the secretary corrects my son again to put his mask on correctly. I let her know that he's just turned 8 and that I'll deal with him, because my son is starting to get red faced and upset. She then goes on a tirade about how she is responsible for the safety and well-being of everyone in the office and that if I can't control my child I'm welcome to wait in the car. In the midst of waiting I witness 2 conversation over the phone where the secretary is rude and short with the calls, rolls her eyes at them as she is getting off the phone and is beyond condescending to the people there waiting that she is responsible for. Governor Abbott may not pay their bills but I know I certainly will Not be patronizing this establishment. read more

The nurse practitioner Jouvanna Gray saw me right away, without an appointment, when I had a fever & respiratory issues. She knew just what to do within the first couple minutes on what medicine I needed & was very thorough in explaining what I needed to do to ensure I got better within that week. I would not recommend Ms. Gray to anyone. In fact, I have sent the text messages she sent me to all of my friends and family who go to her clinic and they are all changing doctors. She's rude and unprofessional. She talks poorly about patients to other patients. I have it in texts messages she sent me to prove it. It was such a bizarre interaction with her. I had to ask multiple times for her to give me her name because I could not believe how unprofessional this person was and to be texting me out of the blue at 8:30pm. I had no idea the new owner did not have an actual doctor there. Ms.Gray is not a doctor. I'm definitely not going trust my medical care to someone who is not a doctor or under the supervision of a doctor. Also, I decided to stay with the new clinic after discussing the details of my medical care and an agreement was made and followed for 4 months. Until out of the blue at 8:30pm she texts me to say she will no longer honor our agreement concerning my healthcare visits. When I asked why after 4 months of doing the same thing she called me a liar. I really didn't even know what to say. If her office keeps records of their patients, she will literally see what has been going on the past 4 months. I was with with previous owner for 16 years. I hate that she was the one who took over. Oh well. I'm looking forward to my new doctor who is actually a doctor and reliable and pleasant. read more
