I have been here before and they used to great no issues whatsoever. My husband had to come in for a last minute checkup he had some testing done. They told him it would be 3-5 days for results. He had to call on the 5th day since no one has reached out. The clinic tells him oh we don't have results yet let us check and we will call you back. They call back and tell him the sample he had given was lost. How do they lose the sample that we have been waiting for results. If we never called they would have never followed up with us. There was no apology given they just told him to come back in and give another sample. It has been two weeks and no results yet and every time we call the clinic no one answers and they did not update any results on his my chart. I work in the healthcare field and this is the worst service ever! read more

Atascocita, Tx NP was rude and dismissive towards me and my child after finding out we weren't vaccinated for covid. Didn't even have enough respect to discuss the test results with me or discharge. We have been in Fast Med many times and usually receive great care but this particular NP is in violation of upholding the Hippacratic oath she took when she became a NP and Fast Med should be ashamed to have her on service! Loved this urgent care. The wait time was very short. You can checkin online. The entire staff was very pleasant and took time to listen and explain. I'm a fan of essential oils and they had the diffuser with thieves, lemon grass and a couple of other oils and it was soothing and smell good. The fee is reasonable for out of pocket patients. read more

I just checked out. Writing this review in my car because I couldn't wait. This urgent care is the worst I've ever been to. They checked me in an hour after I arrived. They only have one doctor, one nurse, and one receptionist. Once it was my sons turn we go in and see the doctor. The doctor is with us less than 10 mins and prescribed antibiotics for his ear infection. She leave the room without telling me to go to the reception area. After 10 more minutes-- I wonder if the nurse will come back to give me documentation and tell me I am good to go but he doesn't so I open the door and their they are. Just talking like I wasn't waiting to go. No sense of urgency or professionalism. Saying they are slow is an understatement. I will never come back here. read more

These reviews must have been paid for. Don't recommend. My boyfriend came here for allergies and the white old nurse practitioner with red hair looked at him stupid. He asked if they did allergy shots & she walked away and slammed the door without saying a word then had the assistant come back and say they do only steroid shots. The unprofessional ass lady could've said that to him herself instead of rudely walking off. Never coming here again. What a waste of time and money. read more

Hands down this one of the best urgent care facilities I've been to starting from check in through check out. Staff and doctor was extremely pleasant, helpful, considerate and basically saved my son from losing his thumb nail due to being injured during football practice. We went in on Saturday and determined it wasn't fractured. By Sunday his nail improved drastically and the swelling went down as well. Very pleasing to his coach. I visited the fast Med office and was greeted by Bria who was very cordial and professional. My wait to see the staff was not long. Serveda escorted me to a treatment room. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She really made me feel at ease. Finally Mark the provider came in and explained the process and examined me. The entire staff was aware of their roles and performed them in a very professional manner. I was pleased with my visit. read more

Terrible service. Scheduled an appointment. 2 hour wait. Did the COVID 19 testing, 10 work days with no results. Called several times and can't get anybody to answer. No calls from their office with any update. I should have known not to come when a patient came in just to get his results because he didn't receive a call and couldn't get in contact with anybody. Every other medical facility is able to provide faster results and better service. I wish I could rate this facility zero stars. read more

I'm new to the area so I didn't have a PCP. I chose Fastmed Urgent Care because they could do xrays. The wait was short, the staff was very friendly and I left with a diagnosis. I will definitely use them again. read more

I have never been so compelled to leave a terrible review, then now. Do NOT waste your time here. There is nothing "fast" about FastMed. After waiting over an hour in the waiting room and noticing that everyone who came AFTER me was being called/ seen before me, the lady at the front desk tells me she can't pull up my insurance and it's going to be $180. She ultimately made ME call my insurance to get them on the line to straighten this out, because "she's had a long day." The doctor might have been the worst part of it all. She was beyond rude and aggressive on another level. SHOVING the otoscope in my ears with a stupid amount of force, all the while grabbing my earlobe to maneuver my head like I was a 5 year old in trouble. Then when using the stethoscope and telling me to take deep breaths in and out, I breathe in for 2 seconds and she yells BREATH OUT (cutting my "deep breath" halfway short lol)....... I also waited 30 mins for results from a 15 min strep test. It was a mess and a half. Nearly 3 hours of pure chaos and disorganization. read more

I had a really good experience here today. The lady at the front desk, Bria was polite and speedy reviewing my paperwork and getting me back to see the provider. I was experiencing severe back pain today. The nurse, Denise was very kind and personable. She seemed interested eager to help! I was quickly seen by Lisa who assessed me--she was very knowledgeable with the issues I was having. She set me up with a treatment plan and made sure I was comfortable after I received a shot. I'm feeling shockingly SO much better only hours after the whole experience. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. read more

Waiting time is always ridiculous and they're always changing the way the see people. I had to make an appointment because they said they are appointment only now. Arrive early to check in and I still have not been seen 30 min after my appointment was supposed to start. They also reported a bill to my credit I wasn't aware of because they apparently made two separate accounts for me. The account I didn't have access to was charged and I was only made aware after the fact. read more

Pros: I first went to this office in January 2020. The Permanent Staff there is simply awesome they are fast and efficient. I love it. I will certainly be going back the next time I am in need of their Service. In January I saw Kraig Kvalevog PA. he was wonderful very attentive to my concerns and needs. Took very good care of me and I got well soon after my visit. Cons: Today July 16, 2020 went back for sinus and sore throat. Today I was Aleknya Yalamanchili PA. She was simply awful very rude and seem to be in a rush not too concern about my needs stated she had other patients to see. She said the printed was down. However she did NOT give me a verbal diagnosis either, Normally I never say anything bad about an PA because this is their career. However I never want to see her ever again!!!! This is no reflection on the clinic or the permanent Staff. read more

Not to many places take the insurance that's given to my Foster Daughter. With that being said I was ecstatic when I saw it was accepted here. The time finally came unfortunately that we were able to give Fastmed a shot. I can't tell you how impressed I am with the quality of care given by everyone from the front desk associate to Nikki Brown the PA. Ms. Brown was very thorough in explaining everything she did to my little girl as she was very scared, as well as the continuation of care. Thank you ladies, great job!! read more

Great urgent care! The whole process from start to finish is amazing. Very knowledgeable, caring and professional. They accepted my insurance which was great because not too many do. I looked online to see if I could schedule a COVID test. It said no appointment needed so I drove over as a walk-in. I get there just after 10 and they tell me it's appointment only so I set an appointment for 12:20 and go back home. They tell you to arrive 15 minutes early so I'm leaving early and as I'm leaving they text me they're running 45 minutes behind and my new appointment time is 1:05. So I stay home and wait. I'm about to leave again and get another text their running another 35 minutes behind. I get up to leave for the third time. Make it to the clinic and wait in the lobby for over 30 minutes after completing paperwork and I'm the only person in the lobby. I go back and get the test done and ask for a simple doctors note for my work stating I'm awaiting results. I sat in the lobby for over FORTY minutes waiting for a damn doctors note. They keep telling me the doctors writing the note and said they couldn't email it to me. Very disappointing visit and experience. read more
