I had selected H-E-B as my preferred pharmacy on the online form. When I went looking for my prescriptions, I found out they had been sent to the Walmart behind AFC instead. I also discovered that cough medicine had been added, although I did not have a cough or sore throat. Way to go, Odette--not only did you make me feel worse, but now I'm searching everywhere for my medication! For $169, I expected more attentive care and clearer communication. I was able to get diagnosed and get prescribed antibiotics in a reasonable amount of time. I initially had my prescription sent to CVS, but it turns out they weren't in my insurance's network, so I called the clinic back and they happily forwarded my prescription to Walmart, so I was able to pick it up. I remember prior to leaving the clinic I got really light headed and they gave me some ammonia to sniff it really helped! They even let me take a few for the road. I paid a $40 co-payment. I highly, highly recommend this place. Their kindness and dedication to their patients is something that is greatly admirable!
