Been coming here for a few months. The clinic it self with PA and staff is good. The bad part is the phone rep to make appointments. I called 4xs to make appointment because no one would answer. When he did answer he said appointment is one month away. NO MATTER THE REASON. Took me by surprise that response. Well have to go somewhere else. read more

Didn't answer phone when no one was on the line ahead of me....... They were still open,

I called to get some pricing on the obgyn labor and delivery packages because I was referred to this clinic by a previous clinic I've been to before. I wanted to get as much information as I could through calling their front desk because I am in the midst of trying for a baby and wanted to see all options that were available to me when it came to doctor's visits, ultrasounds, etc. Upon calling and waiting in the queue (which in itself wasn't bad) a lady at the front desk picked up and I asked her a couple questions on what the package had to offer. She answered my questions but then began to become annoyed by me when I was asking about the location of the hospital that the clinic is partnered with. I informed her that I am not too familiar with the Aldine area or southwest part of Houston for I have recently moved to the area a year ago. (I asked if there were other clinics near Aldine and the hospital name that was partnered with the clinic, nothing else) When I concluded my final question, I asked her if I was able to schedule my initial visit through her and she hung up in my face. Honestly, I'm not sure if she was having a bad day, and I apologize if my questions were cumbersome but I did not come at her with any kind of negative attitude. I do not feel that I was treated respectfully and it really hurt my feelings that I was asking genuine questions about the clinic and she decided that she was finished with my questions and hung up. If you do not enjoy your job there are no strings attached to the workplace. Please leave. Do not take your frustration out on anyone else. I do not know your story or what you are going through but that does not mean you have to radiate your emotions towards others. Very bad front desk receptionists. Whoever worked around 12pm at the Aldine Hope clinic reception desk on Feb 6, 2024, someone needs to have a chat with them. read more

I'm so glad I found this clinic. It's in a nice new building that services the community no matter what financial bracket you're in. The best part is that it's just minutes from my home. I was getting passed around to different doctors to identify an issue I was having. Dr. Fekry would be my third doctor. I was getting nervous. I was able to schedule an appointment a month out. They are busy! I had such a positive experience from walking in and check-in with Wendy to seeing the doctor. After the check-up, he told me he could see how I was concerned but with what I was experiencing but it is not anything to lose sleep over. We scheduled a colposcopy for a few weeks and hope to just be in the clear soon. For now, the doctor has put my mind at ease. He is completely professional and has great bedside manner. At one point I had to dig up some test results from a previous doctor's visit and was scrambling on my phone. He told me to take my time and was very patient. He's earned a new patient. Highly recommend Hope clinic! read more

This clinic is not helpful. They don't seem as if they care if you receive medical care and are very rude. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. I called to schedule an appointment, and felt very uncomfortable by the carelessness of the representative I spoke to. read more

I suffer from extreme anxiety and depression. With everything going on with the coronavirus, there are days I'm not able to even get out of bed. I was given the therapist, Yvonne Hinojosa, for weekly virtual therapy sessions. I can't tell you what a wonderful person she was during my sessions. She has so much compassion and empathy for people! Over a period of several months, she was probably only one of a handful of people I spoke with. Some of my sessions were just me crying and others were about daily life. I have never had a therapist that was so easy to talk to and I could tell her everything! She never had any judgements. If you are looking for a therapist, you need to ask for Yvonne! Today was my last appointment with her because I have BPD and she is not knowledgeable about this specific disorder. My old therapist from another office left when the coronavirus started and she just came back to work. I will really miss Yvonne! read more

I called to schedule an appointment for my two kids this morning and the front desk was so rude and unprofessional. The clinic its self is very welcoming and nice however the front desk was giving me the hardest time. i think she gave me the name of Lesly, but she was so unprofessional and extremely rude and inconsiderate. I made a provider change right after she hung up on me. I do not recommend Hope Clinic. I'm actually really sad because I liked my doctor Villalobos but as far as the front desk I won't ever be coming back. it's so sad they have the front disorganized. read more

My first time at this clinic and it was a great experience! The prices are very inexpensive. (Which is a good thing for me). Also, The staff was very friendly and very informative. They definitely make sure they do what they need to meet your needs and are very considerate in helping. The lady at the front, Francis, was very helpful and had a great personality. She helped me throughout the whole time I was waiting and filling out papers. The manager Leslie, was also very sweet and funny. I appreciate the help and catering Leslie . Also, the other staff members, Leti and Brenda were very informative and nice as well. The Gyno was really nice and calm/gentle during the appointment and made sure to answer all of my questions. This has by far been my favorite experience ever at any clinic. You guys are the best!! read more
