Tried calling a couple times, but only got the answering machine. I went ahead and made the appointment because I figured if they are in the business to do blood draws, surely they have encountered tiny veins like mine. Unfortunately for me, that was not the case. The tech was kind and I was hopeful, but he was not able to get the needle in my vein. I prefer not to let them "dig" for it and, to his credit, he didn't seem to want to do that to me. He offered to let me sit for a few minutes and then try again. I declined. TLDR; if you have tiny veins, are a "hard stick" or need any other type of "accommodation, you'll be better off at a Quest Lab location.

I visited the clinic to be examined for possible concussion. I arrived at the clinic at about 10:30 AM. After paperwork (identification, insurance, symptoms etc.) I saw Dr. Hopkins within 15 minutes. She examined, diagnosed and discharged me all within 20 minutes. She was thorough, efficient and caring. I was back at my office by 11:15 AM. She never hurries me or makes me feel like she doesn't want to see me. I like the fact that all tests are run in the building, so there is no running all over town for blood work, X Rays and such. Dr. O'Brien is also very positive. She accentuates the good things that I have done to improve my health. This makes me want to try even harder. She is very thorough and very knowledgeable. I am so glad that a friend recommended her to me. She no longer takes new medicare patients. Another huge plus for me is that she is always on time. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes after my appointment time. The only negative aspect is that you have to pay for parking. This makes me feel like the Group is money hunger.
