The worst place ever. 281-575-0693 says it's a holiday any day of the week you call. Doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not.

Easily the best steak I have ever had my life. Came early and left early I was driving away before my appointment. A+!

We came with a blood collection kit for food sensitivity tests. The location has easy access off of…read moreHighway 6 and Lexington. I was informed that Labcorp was turning people away for these kits but they would do it here. The price was $35 each person (not through insurance). We made an appointment for 1pm and 1:30pm. We were were both done by 1:10. I thoroughly appreciate the quick turn around. Claudia was the phlebotomist who took care of both of us.

This place has popped up all over Houston and the suburbs. It's like the Panda Express of medical…read moretesting. Fast food style health service and not reliable at that. I was prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after speaking to a "manager" type woman I'm convinced this place is doomed and doesn't care about their patients best interest. Problem one, when you call you get a switchboard, not the actual location where you go! Problem two, if you need to talk with someone it's hard to get an answer. My husband was sent here to get a TB test. Their questionnaire was very light on personal info and because of that we had the scare of our lifetime. My husband is from the Philippines and they have certain vaccines administered as a precaution that we don't have here in the US. When my husband had his results read, they told him he was positive for TB. We went immediately to the ER and we were quarantined until he got an X-ray. The doctor came to see us and told us to relax his X-ray was clear. Then he asked us if the testing center asked my husband if he was from the Philippines. He said no. He proceeded to tell us about the vaccines kids get there and that he would always read false positive and should go direct to blood test or X-ray. This Any Lab Test now did offer to do the bloodwork after the positive reading for extra money. They didn't seem alarmed at the test results and started pushing extra services for more money, but my question for them was...why not ask more detailed questions that could have saved time, money and prevented us having to go to the ER and have a horrible scare. They offered to sell us things like shots, B12 and etc. while we were dealing with positive results that happened from their lack of common sense. Asking someone what country they're from and if they may have been vaccinated as a child could have saved time, money and panic. When I attempted to give feedback to management I was met with an attitude and sarcasm. The total lack of empathy and concern was horrible. She just stated we do ask and I reminded her I had a copy of the questionnaire and nowhere on there does it ask anything pertinent. We trusted them to take care of us but what we got was fast food care and a useless test. Beware don't fall for their BS!

You expect this type of place yo be really clean, but not so. I was there early and the floor needed sweeping. The lab person did not have a name tag badge, so ,I had to ask her name, Kimberly. I am 72 years old , and I like for youngsters to call necks. or by my last name. She never ask if I was fasting g , took the specimen . Not very friendly, try to engage or make friendly talk. I will find another site.

Since my doctor is located here, I usually come to this Quest to get any bloodwork drawn. The staff are all very professional and personable, making sure to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. For Covid procotols, they have you sign in on an iPad of sorts and give you the option to wait outside in the hallway or in your car. When they are about ready for you, they text you to come back in and from then, you usually wait around another 3-5 minutes before getting called in. The system works great, given that few people want to sit in a room with others at the moment! If you do decide to wait in the waiting room, every other seat is taped off and there is hand sanitizer at the front desk. I most recently came on a Saturday. Thinking they opened at 8:30, I arrived at 8:05. Since they opened at 7:30, there was already plenty of people in front of me. Make sure you come early if you're in a rush or don't want to spend too much time waiting. Note: at least on saturdays, they tend to lock the doors 15-30 minutes early to make sure they get everyone in the waiting room taken care of before noon, so don't wait until 11:55 to come!
