We recently moved to Magnolia and needed to find a new PCP for my father. He was the FIRST doctor to actually spend time with my Dad, answer ANY and ALL questions we had, and made us really feel like he cared. He didn't push unnecessary medication or treatment and he gave us a realistic timeline so we were able to make what time was left truly count. We are so grateful for God bringing Dr. Dibble into our life and allowing us to experience what a true doctor/patient relationship should be. We really appreciate his after hours phone calls to check in and his condolences card that was signed by his entire staff. Unfortunately, our only regret is that we didn't find him sooner. The Lord called my father home and we are so thankful for Dr. Dibble treating him with kindness and professionalism. God is working through him and we genuinely believe that I can't recommend him enough. Thank you so much Simple Traditions ~ The Cates Family

Despite my ongoing relationship with the practice, the doctor was unwilling to personally call me back to discuss my medical concerns. What made the situation even more frustrating was that Dr. Grewal chose to have someone who was not medically licensed relay important information instead of speaking with me directly. For a healthcare provider, this level of communication is both unprofessional and disappointing.Patients deserve to feel heard, especially when dealing with health-related issues that cause significant stress and anxiety. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Thankfully, I sought care elsewhere and found a medical practice that demonstrated values, integrity, professionalism, and genuine concern for its patients. They were able to address and resolve my issue promptly.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Prime Healthcare Cypress and would encourage others to consider providers who place a greater emphasis on patient communication, accountability, and quality care

However, during the visit, I was told that I could not be covered for an annual exam without coming in person. Since I live in Dallas and cannot travel to Houston, there was no point in continuing the appointment. What felt difficult for me was that instead of having my questions addressed, the conversation shifted immediately to payment. That left me feeling like money was prioritized over my care. I believe patients would feel more supported if their concerns were listened to first and billing discussed with more empathy. I have always paid for my visits and would never intend otherwise, but based on this experience, I don't think I will be continuing care with this provider. I hope this feedback helps improve the patient experience for others in the future.

Talk about going the extra mile...I'm huge on good customer service and she had a big smile on her face, greeted us so warmly, and was quick with getting me registered. I got hit with some bad genetics and have advanced arthritis for my age. I had a C4-C6 cervical fusion 4 years ago and ortho said I would have to be fused from T1-S1 (that's my whole spine basically) and he does not want put me through that so sent me to pain management which I thought would be great but they have dropped the ball on scheduling my spinal injections and I've suffered for months due to bad communication. I've had a pinched nerve in my neck since May and had a trigger point injection from my pain management that lasted all of 3 hours. They said I couldn't get another for 3 months. I call in August and they said they could get me in for October 7th. Which brings me back to AFC. I was in the back in less than 15 minutes from checking in. Dr. Zhang came in and gave the best handshake and let me just say is bedside manner is superb. I explained to him my issue, showed him my x-rays and MRI's, and it took him no time to start a plan. He examined me and saw how hard the knot in my shoulder was as how the inflammation had spread. He immediately said you need a spinal surgeon. Gave me a referral to follow up, placed orders for imaging, and gave me a powerful steroid injection that started working literally immediately. This was not your run of the mill steroid shot. He gave me something that would actually work. It is now the next day and the knot in my shoulder is gone! I slept through the night and haven't been able to do that since May for trying to find a position to put my arm in to take pressure of the nerve. It has been beyond miserable. But I woke up this morning feeling amazing! This is the best I've felt in a really long time and just want to say thank them for such great care!
