This was by far the worst experience I've had in my life. The phlebotomist seemed as if it was his first day. The staff was unprofessional, they were joking,eating and talking on the phone on speaker. The guy drawing my blood was so busy laughing at them that he wasn't paying attention to what he was doing. He stuck me three times and "fished" each time until luckily he got a vein! The next day my arm was bruised pretty bad! First time that's happened to me, and the last time I go to this location. read more

I'm sore, bruised, and have what looks like blood blisters. I won't go to this location again. The man that was working the front desk ended up being the one to take my blood. I thought it was unusual and when he rushed thoroughbred trying to poke my arm with his needle, I realized too late that I should have asked questions. I'm curious now about the training if any, required to draw blood. Find a lab near at a hospital or medical facility where hopefully they are well trained medical professionals. I won't be going to one of these remote sites for convenience again. read more

Horrible. A phlebotomist kept poking my vein despite me telling it hurt 3 times and eventually I screamed from pain. He never apologized or acknowledged it. Also an older African American man like the other lady describes. My arm turned blue and hurt for several days. He should be fired. He seems to enjoy hurting people. read more

I needed to drop off a sample, so I tried at a different location in the morning. The receptionist was cold and unfriendly, and I waited 10 minutes, but had to leave because waiting any longer would have made me late for work. (Even when I explained this, the receptionist said she couldn't do anything for me.) I went by this location at lunch, and it took no time at all. I went here at 3:30 pm or so yesterday. For an emergency blood count as my blood levels were critically low. An African American older man called me to the back he seemed to be rushing. I guess he was ready to go! He didn't seem very experience and frankly I knew from the moment I saw him that he would suck! So he is moving quickly and doesn't even give my veins time to pop before sticking me and he starts moving the needle inside me!!! I was horrified?!! I cried I was so angry! I told him to stop what he was doing and to send someone else! Instead of apologizing he got upset and said fine I won't poke you again! I said You sure as hell won't! A nice black lady came over she immediately got a vein and took the veil she needed and that was it! While my other arm is bleeding and the cotton ball is covered in blood!!! the one she took had one tiny spot of blood on it! That was the difference! My arm is purple and still hurts from him moving the needle inside my arm! I cried and the lady was so sweet got me tissue. he hung his coat and got ready to go, he didn't apologize instead got upset! He sucks at his job! And should be fired or sent for more training! His behavior after he stuck me and hurt my arm was unacceptable! And should be addressed! My arm is still purple! And I can't bend it too tight because it hurts! I am so upset with this and expect someone to contact me on this! read more

The facility is nice and check in was nice and easy (no one waiting for a walk in). But MAKE SURE to have the nice pretty lady draw your blood. The older gentleman took 3 attempts to draw from both arms and my hand, painfully, and still was unable to draw. The lady got it on her first try. Experience is key! read more

I think I had the same phlebotomist the other reviewers are describing, but I couldn't disagree more with their reviews. Guy was awesome for me. Didn't even feel the stick, and he was done. I could see how some people might find the place rushed, but that was perfect for me. I'm not there for tea time, I'm there to provide samples for tests and get on with my life. read more
