Jan and her cadre of instructors will always ensure that you have a great and safe workout. In fact, I deliberately go here to work out on the days I need extra assistance with help of my various ailments. I can always count on Jan to help roll out the kinks on my back and feet in her Restore class. Lee Anne also gives the best classical Pilates workout. Some advice, if you're going to give your credit card to a company that practices like this, is to make sure you block them with your credit card company after your membership is up. ( the following is a reply to the reply from one life) Hi Kelly, I think it might be wise to get some facts straight before you reply. Your regional manager never "explained" anything. After looking through the internal notes of the account, the general manager thought I should be refunded. But he could not authorize such a large refund and had to kick it up the chain to the regional manager. After many attempts, the regional manager essentially ignored the flagged requests from the general manager. So please, do your due diligence and look through the internal notes on the account. I don't judge a company by the mistakes they make, but how they fix them.

Most studios charge by class, but A Pole New You has a monthly membership fee. So I can go to as many classes as I want!! The studio is awesome. It is very clean, feminine, and even smells good. The instructors are very knowledgible and friendly. The class sizes are small, so you really get to know each other and feel comfortable working out. I am sad that I moved away from the area, but when I visit I will try to stop by and take flutter-ins!

Having grown up in a military family, I enjoyed seeing how they incorporate that into each workout as you "fall in line" and have a battle buddy you pair up with (in this case, my Army veteran Father-In-Law)! Everyone was so supportive as we worked through each round. The leader was motivating and encouraging throughout the whole workout. I feel very confident saying that there is not a single OTF owner anywhere else in the world as engaged or passionate as Scott. He takes class regularly, is always at the door to greet members (and knows me by name already), and holds mini games and contests to keep things fun. When OTF has promotions or special days, Scott takes it to the next level, and it makes it really fun to come work out here. The front desk staff is amazing - super friendly, very knowledgeable, and always positive. Coaches are great, and of course, it's always a great workout. I really feel like Scott has created an incredible gym culture, and I think everyone should come give it a try! I have the original contracts, and the documents confirming our cancellation request. Almost a year later, Gold's Gym is still trying to bill my credit card. Do not join Gold's Gym unless you want a crowded gym where you can hardly move and/or want to deal with their shady billing practices!!!
