They took great care of me and gave a fair deal. Highly recommend if you're looking for a car. Quality team, good cars, easy to work with.

Great service folks, but sales department relies on old school hack sales techniques. The customers deserve better. The cars deserve better.

I have no idea why this Bmw doesn't have five stars…read more I called about a BMW X5 I saw online. I made an appointment and was going to head over in about a half hour to look at it with Manjula (who I highly recommend as a salesperson.) Well, she called me back 10 minutes later and said someone was looking at the car and she would call me back and let me know if they bought it. No bait and switch just a very kind Salesperson. Well, they didn't buy it And I am now the proud owner of the car and a very, very happy Bridgewater BMW customer. I have been having my BMW serviced here for over three years and I've always been happy. Yes, it's no fun to pay a lot of money to have your car serviced but if you get an extended warranty like I did, it's much less painful. Well, not so much initially when you buy the warranty lol It's a small boutiquey dealer. I like them very much. I'm sure you will too.

Eddie helped us think through clearly what we were looking for in a new vehicle, he then presented some options, gave us test drives, and finally worked with us to select what was a perfect fit for us, a 2026 Lexus NX 350h Premium AWD SUV (love the Caviar exterior). During price negotiations, some sales guy from the dealership stepped in, but sensing that things were going downhill, General Manager Michael Tedesco jumped in, and worked with us to find common ground. Many thanks, Michael Tedesco! Thanks also to Madison Miranda from Finance. We cannot say enough about Eddie, a thorough gentleman who has amazing family values, he made the entire experience extremely memorable for us. Eddie's professional expertise, coupled with his commendable personal touch will always be cherished by us. Once we took possession of the SUV, Eddie patiently walked us through the key features and even helped customize some of them. We have plans for another new vehicle in the coming couple of years, and most certainly will circle back with Lexus of Bridgewater, Eddie and Michael Tedesco! If you are in the market for a new vehicle, we highly recommend Lexus of Bridgewater, and be sure to ask for the very best, Eddie Ruggirello! - Shreyas & Krishna Rao

The vehicle: 2026 Lexus GX 550 Premium+ MSRP breakdown: - Base price: $70,750 - Packages & options: $4,891 - Delivery: $1,450 - Total MSRP: $77,091 Everything was aligned. Deal was essentially done. Then the General Manager steps in. Adds $2,500 over MSRP at the last second. And tries to justify it by saying: "You're getting a $1,000 Military Discount from Lexus." Let's call this what it is: You're not giving a discount... you're taking one away. You're marking the vehicle up above MSRP and then pretending a manufacturer incentive makes it okay--especially to a veteran who spent 8 months building this deal the right way. This isn't just bad business. This is exactly what's broken in today's car buying experience: - No transparency - No integrity in honoring deals - Sales relationships overridden by management greed - And complete disrespect for loyal customers and veterans Eight months of time, communication, and trust--wiped out in one move. Lexus of Bridgewater and its General Manager made their position clear: Profit over people. Every time. If this is how they treat a serious, ready buyer after months of engagement--imagine what happens to everyone else walking in. Do better. #Lexus #GX550 #CarBuyingExperience #Veteran #MSRP #Dealerships #Transparency #DoBetter #CustomerExperience

No B.S., just a straight deal, Danial (Danny) even picked me up at the NJ transit station, with a nice hot cup of DD for me too. I was coming from far away. Even the "closer", the finance guy, was pleasant. You know, that guy who offers you the extra warranty and stuff. I think they knew I was not going for any of that, so it was quick and painless. Full tank, car spotless. I am surprised at some of the other reviews (although some seem like they were a little whack). There is nothing not to like here. Obviously I can't speak for the service, as I just got it, and won't be back. Too far away. But many of the employees are then 10 or 20 years. That tells you something.

I traded in a vehicle that was worth more than the vehicle I purchased from Performance. Performance owed ME money on the transaction. I signed the title of my vehicle over to Performance as part of the transaction. Performance took my vehicle. I was promised the check for the difference between the two vehicles within 3-4 days. After a couple of weeks, when I did not receive the check, I called the salesman, "Phil" inquiring about it. He falsely told me that the check was "cut" and that he would send me a tracking number. He never did and never responded to my follow up inquiries. Performance never paid me what was owed to me. Then, after reviewing my contract carefully, I realized that Performance charged me $399 for anti-theft window etching that I never received. Fast forward 6 weeks later, I have filed a law-suit against Performance. It is pathetic that a client has to sue Performance to simply get it to pay what is undisputably owed to the client.

I was happy with Fullerton Fords' inventory of manual transmission 6-speeds. They made the process painless as I had other dealers to compare. The trade-in went smooth and I was made to feel that I got a good deal. In the end, after visiting numerous Ford dealers in both Bergen and Ocean counties, and feeling disenchanted with the kind of low-energy enthusiasm they expressed once they found out I was only looking for a standard transmission Mustang, Fullerton Ford was a breath of fresh air. Miles was not pushy and neither was Jason (the Finance Guy). I was made to feel welcome and all aspects of the sales process went smoothly, from the test drive to quote, and even to my willingness to take up and pre-purchase (with Ford reward points) future service maintenance oil changes, even though Somerset County is no where close to where I live! All in all, a pleasant experience.

I appreciate that the technicians were able to repair the volume button. They were also honest that they could not duplicate the issue with the side mirror during my visit, which I understand can happen with intermittent problems. However, I was disappointed with my interaction regarding the high idle concern. The service representative repeatedly suggested that I needed to use premium gasoline. Both my husband and I explained multiple times that we already use premium fuel exclusively. Despite this, the representative continued to insist that the car "knows the difference in octane" and emphasized switching to premium gas. I found this frustrating because I felt that my concerns were not being heard and that my statements about how I maintain my own vehicle were being dismissed. As a customer, I expect my observations to be taken seriously. Even if premium fuel is a common recommendation, once I clarified that this was already our practice, I would have appreciated a more collaborative discussion about other possible causes of the issue rather than feeling as though my honesty or understanding was being questioned. I value professionalism and clear communication, and I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience for others in the future.

We purchased three vehicles from Bridgewater Chevrolet in approximately two years, but…read moreunfortunately, after our most recent experiences, we will not be returning. When we purchased our Traverse, dealership staff told my husband he could leave his belongings in our Equinox trade-in overnight and come back the next day to get them. When he returned, most of his belongings were gone. We were later told a technician had removed them. After multiple trips, some items were eventually returned, but approximately $300 worth of personal property is still missing months later. We then purchased a Trax, and the dealership lost my license plates even though my salesperson had confirmed in writing that he was holding them for me. When my husband returned after being told everything was ready, the salesperson insisted that we had the plates, and the conversation escalated into a heated argument. The dealership ultimately could not locate them, so we had to complete additional paperwork and make another trip for replacement plates. There were also additional registration/documentation issues and multiple unnecessary trips back to the dealership. What bothers me most is how everything was handled afterward. Angel told me he would escalate the missing-property issue and follow up, but I never heard back. I sent two emails to senior dealership management detailing our experience and asking for help and received no response. I also documented the unresolved issues through the dealership's shared customer text system and received no acknowledgment there either. We gave the dealership multiple opportunities to resolve this privately before posting reviews. We were repeat customers who had previously left positive feedback and completed positive customer surveys because we genuinely trusted this dealership. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of follow-through, communication and accountability afterward is what ultimately changed our opinion. After three vehicle purchases, this is not the experience I ever expected to have, and we will be taking our business elsewhere going forward.
