(Too many horror stories about companies quoting one thing and when they are there, doing a bait and switch, adding new costs on). Well, this is a family run, woman owned company with 6 locations that are not franchises. Jennifer will give you information no one else does about the kind of fob you may be getting from other companies, that don't last as long. I would say this is a company that cares about you not getting ripped off. David came and worked his magic. Within 10 minutes the car that I locked (because I had to leave overnight in front of a store) was open and then another 20 or 30 minutes for the 2 fobs to be received and tested. They requested my phone number and zip code to call me back with a quote. They called back for my address and refused to provide a quote. I had a bad feeling but went along with it. First mistake #1. They show up to my mom's house and I let her handle the rest only to find out later that they charged her almost $300 to get her back into her house. They even offered to wait for another company to "show up" if she wanted to shop around- knowing it would take at least another hour for anyone to show up. Every other quote we got was for $120-$150. They definitely took advantage of her. if I was physically there with her, NO way would we have gone through with this.

As you'll see in the screenshots of our convo, Daniel quoted 'around 80dls' to get the door unlocked. After the tech showed up, he handwrote an invoice that said "trip fee $30, Unlock $130, total $160". I explained that the reason I picked them was because I was quoted $80 and ecven showed him the text messages on my phone. He said, well the best I could do is $130, I'll remove the trip fee. I told him that's ridiculous and walked inside to text Daniel. I explained what happened, and now I've been ignored for 2 full days. Complete waste of my time. Do no use this company.
