had never been here before- had 2 hrs to kill in the area and saw a sign for a special, $30 for a mani & pedi, so i stopped in. the woman who did my pedicure was wonderful. very nice and did an outstanding job. the man who did my manicure was horrible. not very careful with the cuticle trimmers, and did a very sloppy job painting my nails. there are only 3 that don't have paint outside the actual nail. i would not come back here. read more

Very dissatisfied with their customer service. I arrived a few minutes before they opened, and got seated for a pedicure. 45 minutes went by, and two people who came in after me got their pedicures completed before anyone even came over. I'm not sure why I was skipped, but I found it very disappointing and frustrating. My feet were in the water for 45 minutes. The salon was very understaffed for the first 30 minutes I was there, but when more techs came they went to other customers.The owner is rude and very unfriendly to new clients, but has plenty of time to chat with established regulars. The pedicure was fine, certainly acceptable quality. The no chip French tip mani was mediocre. Besides taking another 1hour 10 min, I received cold soaking water, and the no chip stuck to my skin under the nail. The tech tried getting it off, but I had to remove myself later. Perhaps I came in an off day. Certainly do not try coming here without an appointment, you may be here over 2 and a half hours. read more

Up until a few months ago I had been going to OP nails to get my non chip manicure and pedicure for 3 years...progressively the work became more and more sloppy, I felt like just another number, I was waiting an hour after my appointment time before getting service and the owners were rude and were liars - not to mention that they are constantly talking about the customers in their native language (Anna has admitted herself). Anna, the owner is the one that did my non chip manicure and each time I got it done it lasted for shorter amounts of time...my nail polish was peeling within a week or sometimes even days (should last at least 2 weeks), there was polish all over my cuticles, my nails were filed crooked or shorter then what I asked for, and whenever I asked for something specific, I was told that it would look bad and that I should do what they suggested (which I though was tacky). Customer service is a huge thing for me...If I am paying for a service, I should be walking out of the salon happier than ever - this was not the case when I walked out of OP Nails. I am a working individual and I schedule appointments for a reason - when I schedule an appointment at 4:00pm and I don't get seen until 5:00pm or later, it infuriates me...it's a waste of time and I could think of a million other things I could have done in that hour besides sit in the nail salon and read gossip magazines!!!!! That to me is extremely annoying, but what's even worse than that is when you are sitting there for 3.5 hours until they are done with your mani & pedi - then when you are finished it's sloppy & looks like a 3 year old painted your nails. Also, heaven forbid you ask them to fix it...they will do it, but show a lot of attitude during it. Overall, the place doesn't look sanitary, the tools they use are placed in old sterilizers, the razors they use for the feet aren't changed from one customer to the next, and the customer service is terrible. Don't waste your time or money on people that don't appreciate it... I will give credit to the only 2 people in that salon that work hard and do a wonderful job, which are Dee and Jenny - in a pinch I would go there to ONLY see either one of them....and if they are not available, I would not let anyone else touch my nails. read more

They soak your no chip off in a bowl of acetone( each hand soaked at least 15 min each). He then scraped the remaining off, pretty much painful. The nail tech decided to put the "gloves" (protection from the uv light) on me AFTER she applied the first gel layer...so I had pieces of fuzz on my nails. I pointed it out and she said it's ok, then took a cuticle cutter in those areas to take the fuzz off. She then put the colored gel on...and the end result was messy. It was a Sunday night and I needed nails done before my trip, or else I may have walked out. Their no chip lasted a week, and I was able to PEEL it off. That's not normal. read more

I have been visiting here for years. My now husband, his mom and sister and I all get our eyebrows done here. Most recently, I had my bachelorette party start here and myself, mom, sister, and 2 bridesmaids all got mani pedis done! We had the shop all to ourselves and they even did special nail art on my ring finger. Such a great experience. Anna and her husband are fantastic! I've been going to this place for years to Mike but his wife Anna is really nasty and rude and she started an argument with me at the salon. There was a misunderstanding over the phone with my appointment and she started to say some nasty things to me and then when I arrived at the salon things got worse and she continued to yell and argue with me, It was very unprofessional and I would suggest keep your money and go to another salon, the bullshit isn't worth it. I have never been disrespected like that at a salon before. Do not go here. Ana decided to cuss me out while with working with a customer due to a complete misunderstanding and kept arguing with me even after the situation was sorted out. She made it a point to attack me as soon as I walked into the salon. Very rude and unproffesional, I have been going here for years and this place no longer has my business. I never had an issue until this last time I went in there although now that I think about it I was having to go back every week because one of my nails was always breaking a week later and they weren't really friendly. One of the guys that did my nails there told me on previous visit that he deserved a big tip b/c my real nails were short. ???? This time I went in there chose a color that changes color when the shining coat is applied and asked if they could just apply the coat on the tips for a french manicure look and was told that thats extra because its considered a french manicure. Okay I said go ahead the lady who did my nails did a horrible job. I asked a question and she didn't understand me I asked the person by the name of Anna if she could explain to her and she pretty much ignored me I asked her again and she seemed annoyed. The whole time I was there they were yelling/talking back and forth in their native language which made me uncomftorable as if they were talking about me. Needless to say after having my nails repainted twice they didn't get my nails right. The job was extremely sloppy. I showed them to Anna who asked the lady who had done them to fix them. I was there for over 2 hours maybe even 3. It was ridiculous. It wasn't until they seen how upset I was that they actually smiled at me and wished me a nice day. To top it off the lady cut my own nails didn't file them down or anything and just put on the gel nails over them. The point for me to have the nails put on was for my own nails to grow underneath and once they are long to get an overlay. Well guess that's outta the question. I asked her to help me pick a color for a wedding coming up and she told me that all the colors are on the shelf and to pick myself. I don't need to come to a nail salon if I don't have good customer service. I don't know how people can open a business with terrible customer service.
