The chef is Michelin star trained, and let me tell you this place definitely lives up to that description; he is well on his way to earning that first Michelin star for Lotus Noodle bar. The wait staff were knowledgeable about all of the items on the menu, each dish was brought out in a timely manner, and the table was cleaned and the silverware replaced with every entree.
