    Too bad I can't give ZERO stars They are the worst and NO phone number to call for customer support. Missing packages, wrong addresses, etc

    My package was delivered at wrong address. Worth over 200 dollars. No customer service. Poor service. Can not contact them.

    Everybody this is what the Burbank shipping center sent to me as a response when I asked him for my…read morerefund for my mailbox service that I paid in advance for a year and because I asked them what was going on with packages I've been trying to get since January they said if I didn't stop asking that they were going to cancel my mailbox service and when they did right then and there knowing I had important mail coming and knowing I had packages that were coming as well they canceled my account right then and there and then they called the police on me because I was trying to talk to them about the fact that they've been ripping me off with my packages and here's what they're response was about giving me my refund. This woman Mary is lying I never had any warnings I was never racist and I was never rude I was always very friendly with everybody I would always show them everything that I would get from the that I would buy and I even gave some of the stuff to one of the staff there because I'm a nice person and I got too much I was never racist I was never rude I was always polite I would always open my packages there to be safe to know exactly what I received in the mail I also saved all my packages this woman Mary is lying I gave her all the correct information okay and I was never warned about anything I was never racist I was never rude I was always very polite and very professional with everybody even when I knew my packages were not being given to me

    I opened a mail box on a Tuesday. I got a notice from the Post Office that a package I was waiting…read morefor had been delivered the following Monday Morning. I went to the store and it was not there. I went there the next day (Tuesday) at about 11:30 AM and it still was not there. Then later in the afternoon they sent me an email announcing they had it. This was a crucial item for me and because I thought it was lost I ordered a new one and paid for it a second time. This delayed the deployment of a new service I was offering. The first one had a serial number and it was cancelled when they shipped the new one so I could not use the first one. I am worried this practice will cause a needless one day delay in delivery of my packages and letters. In addition, they never gave me a key to the mailbox, even though I have been there 3 times.

    Fedex - Check out the red warning mark when it's out for delivery lol, like a check engine light on your car  It's almost like they know they suck

NEVER! I missed a delivery on Monday, because my steps had some work done and were not dry, so FEDEX had no access. Fair enough. I drove to FEDEX to pick it up. Not there. Why? No answer. Tuesday morning, I went to FEDEX.com and entered the door tag number. It showed the package status as "out for delivery," from the same location I went to, in person. Go figure. Fine. I stayed home. When no package arrived by 6pm, I went to FEDEX.com again. This time, "invalid door tag number." What? At 6:15pm, I went to FEDEX.com again, and this time the door tag number yielded the message that the package was delivered on Monday!! Time to call FEDEX. THREE TIMES!! Each time, I tried a different word combination that included the word "representative." Each time, the robo voice told me that I WILL NOT be connected to a representative. And then disconnected the call. This is customer service??? What about people who don't know how to use the online system? What about the elderly? Those who don't own a computer? Or, someone like me, who DOES know how to use the system, but is getting contradictory answers, each time? I HATE FEDEX!!
