Always late with packages! was supposed to receive a package yesterday for a trip that I am taking. Now its going to sit on the front porch for 2 weeks! this is not the first time this has happened with this company! read more

Terrible customer service!!! Shipped from a merchant Amazon.com & OnTac's websites said out for delivery ALL day today. Scheduled delivery of 8pm came & went. Called their customer service line & after waiting 15 minutes and finally decided to take the call back method. Well that was 1 hour ago and I have now been on hold again for 40 minutes since clearly they are not going to call me back! Why would anyone use this company when their customer service is seriously lacking!!! read more

I've had 2 Amazon deliveries in the past 2 weeks that were delivered by OnTrac. Both were delivered late at night, well after the scheduled time. Both times the driver did not knock or ring the doorbell to inform me that the packages were delivered. I didn't know they were there until the next morning as I was leaving the house. read more

Ordered from Levi's, saw that ontrac was the shipper, and cringed. Sure enough, the tracker says delivered to my front porch and my package is nowhere to be found. Their customer service said they would "send someone up to my house to look for a package"??? What? This is the 5th time I've had issues with them, and so far that's 5 for 5... If I could give ontrac -5 stars I would. I'm hoping big companies like amazon and Walmart drop this lame company. After reading all these reviews out here, I'm surprised their even still in business!! I'd pay more for shipping if they'd give me an option to use usps or ANYONE else. I got a hold of them, and their customer service operative was nice, but said that the gps showed the driver delivered to my house. Turns out, the driver delivered it in a totally different neighborhood, and the person was honest enough to bring me my package. Never ordering through any company that uses ontrac again. read more

Worst delivery service!! Do not use, ever!! Amazon Prime and they didn't hit the 2-day delivery date as promised! Avoid at all costs, unless you want complaints from clients about the poor service!! read more

ONTRAC - when it absolutely positively has to be there one, two, maybe three days (maybe MORE) AFTER the promised delivery date. They have RUINED Amazon Prime's wonderful two-day shipping record. But they're cheaper so Amazon and Newegg and a ton of other sellers are using them - totally hit and miss. I may not renew my Amazon Prime membership because of this, and I've been a member for years. read more

Amazon prime member. App stated that package was delievered. It was not. Nor was it at any of my neighbors houses. Their customer service was also rude and stated that the driver used GPS to locate my address. Obviously they did not or I would have had my package. Avoid this deleivery service at all costs! read more

Epic Fail! They can't seem to deliver to right address! I have had my order delivered to the wrong apartment twice and the address specifies to deliver to the office! Just quit now OnTrac if you can't read addresses you will probably not make it in the delivery business. read more

Terrible, terrible customer service. I am amazon prime member, and I have been from day one. With my prime membership, I receive 2 day shipping on most items. I ordered items on 11/9, which because of the Veterans Day holiday were promised for delivery by 8:00 pm on 11/14. I went to OnTrac's site to double check that my package was to be delivered on 11/14. Their own website showed service commitment time as end of day 11/14. After speaking with customer service at both amazon and OnTrac, the best that could be offered was that my package would be delivered by 9:00 pm the following day. OnTrac's representative would not even show the courtesy of contacting her own distribution center to get this expedited by noon the following day. C'mon Amazon start using FedEx or UPS. OnTrac's track record is not up to the standard of your company. Absolutely terrible customer service. read more

I ordered two boxes of envelopes from Amazon.com that were supposed to be delivered on Dec. 3, 2015. It is now Dec 8, 2015, and my tracking information shows that the package has been on their truck every day since December 3 and we still have not received it. I tried contacting Ontrac Customer Service, waited on hold for an hour, then keyed in my phone number for a call back. That was two hours ago, and they have still not contacted me. read more

Horrible company. I've had two experiences with them from ordering on Amazon where I couldn't choose the carrier. The first package had 2 day prime shipping and was out for delivery 4 days in a row but there was no attempt to deliver the package and I finally called them and had them hold it so I could drive down there and pick it up myself 5 days late. The second package was ordered about a month later and arrived one day late. I heard a thud on the door but didn't hear anyone come up the stairs and when I opened the door (about 5 seconds later) the package was on my doorstep and nobody was in sight so the deliveryman threw the package at my door from the bottom of the stair and left. I don't understand how they're still in business. read more

Very disappointed with this company. I watched the OnTrac van zip into my drive way and almost hit my garage door. Then I watched the driver throw my package to my door step, which was more than 10 feet away, and quickly drive off. I tried contacting customer service but the local store phone number was an invalid number. I then tried contacting the main number and was on hold for more than 30 minutes with no answer. I am contacting Amazon to recommend they not use this company in the future. read more

I've had so many issues with their Twin Falls branch. Once, the driver came up to my car on the street in front of my house (I was sitting in it while it was warming up), knocked on the window, and when I rolled the window down he just shoved the box in and walked away. He had no way of knowing that I lived there, I was just parked on the street! Another time, he called me really early in the morning and yelled at me for not being at home because this was the 3rd time he'd tried to deliver a package to me and he was tired of me being disrespectful. The thing is, I'd been tracking the package and it was the 1st attempt. Another time, I was doing yard work and my husband was inside the house. Instead of trying the doorbell and leaving the package on the front step, he let himself into the gated backyard where I was and left the package near me without me noticing. He snuck up to me in my own gated backyard! I was really creeped out by that one. Last night, he left a box full of books on my front step at MIDNIGHT during a rainstorm. When you leave a box on someone's step at midnight, there's no way they're going to get it for at least 7 hours. I really hate getting packages from them. read more

I have received at least 6 packages delivered by ONTRAC over the past 2 years without a problem. I found them to be very efficient. What would take UPS and Fed EX 4 or 5 days ONTRAC has been consistent with 2 to 3 days. And it's always a mid morning delivery. In other words I have been very happy with their service. Which is something that can't be said of the other big shippers. read more

By far some of the worst Customer service ever. Bodybuilding.com package and the driver couldn't find the house. The moment the tracking information went to "wrong address" status I called and sat on hold for 30 min to talk to someone. I gave the CS rep my phone number and had her goolge the address. She confirmed she could find it and put me on a long hold to "communicate the info to the driver". When she came back on she said the driver might be able to come back (it was 1pm) and that she would give me a call with an update. After 4 hours with no update I sat on hold again to talk to someone. Spoke to a different lady and she informed me that my package should not have even been attempted to be delivered because it was a Saturday and BB.com packages are only M-F and tried to dismiss the underlying issue of the driver not being able to find the address. She proceeded to try to tell me that she would ping the driver and the facility but that if I didn't get a call within the hour I should assume the facility was closed and my package wouldn't come until Monday. She then proceeded to try to convince me that although the drive was not able to find the address on Saturday that they would surely be able to find it on Monday. I had to go back and forth with the lady for over 45 min to get her to understand my concern. Eventually I had to give her turn by turn instructions with the assumption that the driver was coming off the main highway. Fingers crossed the package comes on Monday. read more
