Not at all kidding...And I had never worked with them, or ever heard of them before I called with an urgent, last minute, and desperate request. I am still amazed. From out of state, I called at 3:45pm on a Thursday with a highly urgent request, we needed to deliver an official document to a government agency by 5pm at the very latest, 75 minutes from when I called. That document hadn't even physically been printed yet. They printed and had 40+ pages hand-delivered all in 1 hour and 3 minutes; it wasn't even a problem for them, and I didn't think it was possible, I had all but given up hope. Wait, It get's WAY BETTER... The very next day, the agency called me at 3:15 pm and needed 3 more copies delivered, by 5pm, not a second later. I immediately called Fleetstreet, there was nobody else I was calling, and they had three more copies printed, and hand-delivered within 90 minutes, ahead of our deadline again, TWO days in a row!!! Not only that, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Truly, they were some genuinely nice people, with a genuine desire to do right by the world, that can totally destroy any possible task imaginable. I am so indebted to them, there are not nearly enough thank yous possible. I hope they continue to build this business, grow it on a massive scale, and take over the entire state...in any and all industries they want to!

In Idaho Falls this individual was parked in the USPS drop off point in front of the Fred Meyers store. Parked and plugging up the driveway. The miscreant got out of the company van after several minutes-walked to the back of the van with a smug look on his face and flipped me off after making a derogatory statement. This is an example of a company to avoid like the plague, if it's even legit. Based on the behavior displayed by this person, who is probably the one man band for the business- I wouldn't trust him to transport a loaded and dirty diaper.

In a…read morecouple instances, worked to my advantage as Home Depot had to give me a discount, but more recently had a shipment of large format tile arrive with 4 out of 7 boxes of broken tile. It was the only thing on the truck. The tile company sent out replacement, and today instead of my scheduled delivery i get a message from them with excuse why didn't deliver and also that the shipment appears to be broken. Seriously, how does a company stay in operation like this? It's not the tile co.panys fault and now they've sent out more tile they lost money on. Diamond needs to change their name to Disaster Lines.

We hired Jeremiah and his team to help us load 2 PODs for a cross country move. They had great…read morereviews online. What could go wrong? Initial discussions went well and he was responsive. We agreed upon 5 hours and 2 movers. The positives: they showed up on time and were friendly. The negatives: literally everything else. We packed and wrapped the majority of the furniture and basically just needed them to load the PODs. Jeremiah showed up, complimented how efficiently we had packed and wrapped our items. He brought a new guy on his first day on the job with him to load our belongings. Everyone has to start somewhere to learn how to do their job so we didn't mind. Only issue was it didn't seem like this guy wanted to lift anything heavy despite being a mover. Common sense suggests that you would bring 2 experienced people to show the 3rd person how it's done. This was a 5 bedroom 3 bath move (with only 3 rooms occupied) it wasn't small, but what do we know, we thought we hired professionals. They dropped and damaged multiple items from our TVs to dining chairs, broke and scuffed some of our furniture, didn't remove the backs of the furniture for moving per a policy he said they had so they couldn't get them out the front door without leaving deep gouges in the wall and the front door, dropped an $800 armoire on the stairs and broke off 2 of the feet rendering it useless and also cracked the stair in the process. They even stacked the nightstands on top of the washer and dryer, denting them. The loading process was also very sloppy, upon opening the PODs after they arrived we realized that they had stacked heavy boxes (marked HEAVY) on top of lighter boxes, crushing them in the process. We had also marked a handful of boxes with bright pink sticky notes that clearly said Front of POD but were located in the middle. We did advise them of these boxes before they started packing but they didn't follow those directions. They ended up needing my husband to be their third mover and help them carry the furniture, move the washer and dryer, give them directions on how to successfully get some items down the stairs. They ended up staying for an additional almost 5 hours. Jeremiah didn't charge us for that time but it definitely caused problems for us in cleaning and vacating the property. It was a hugely disappointing and unprofessional move. We have moved multiple times and it is unreal the level of incompetence that we experienced. If you like your stuff to be dropped and damaged while being loaded for the move, not actually in transit, and your time to be completely wasted then I cannot recommend this company enough! They are friendly while they do it though so I guess that counts for something? TLDR: worst movers ever, cannot recommend them to anyone.

I gave them a price, we completed the job and they got the money from their client for our portion of the job. I billed Jeremiah. I contacted him through email, text, and by phone numerous times. The last time we spoke, he agreed he was going to drop of a check at my home address; nothing. I reached out the following days ahead and let him know I can meet him somewhere; ghosted. So the money that was agreed upon, he already collected from client, never got to me. Hmmm, that's called STEALING. To be clear, this was a $600 invoice. I've finally stopped asking for money, as he is to much of a coward to respond and fulfill his duty. Not once in my 7 years of business has someone or a company failed to pay for our services. What a disgrace to the moving community. A little side note: My lead guy mentioned to me on the day they helped move their clients stuff to new home, the were noticeably drunk. I don't work with people like that. I've learned my lesson.
