I know we all are having problems due to the world these days. But, dang I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks for a package that is in the same state to be delivered. I have talked to 3 people and the first 2 where no help at all and told me I had no packages there. The 3rd person found me in seconds with my name and my package. No still have not received package and it says out for delivery still? Wondering if I am ever going to receive my package anytime soon??? NOT HAPPY read more

Well I decided to just let Home Depot deliver to my house instead of going to the store, my mistake. Had I known they used OneTrac and seen these reviews I'd have just made the short drive to the store. HD delivered to OneTrac nice and fast, now just like everyone else, the delivery gets delayed in Boise every day and delivery date updates to the next day. So disappointed that HD can't choose a decent provider. read more

Absolutely horrible shipping service. Zero customer service, no communication and non-stop delays. Every package shipped via On Trac sits in some warehouse about a mile from my house for 5-10 days before being delivered. They also offer no options for picking packages up at this location. It's to the point now that I actively avoid purchasing from vendors that I know use On Trac... read more

Worst delivery service. Kept saying they tried to deliver and were unable too. How can you NOT deliver to the Amazon lockers at whole foods?! read more

I have a package that has been in Boise since October 14th at 5:40 AM. I still don't have it. The delivery date keeps getting pushed out. No explanation. No contact from anyone at the Boise warehouse. Nothing. I will never order from any company that uses OnTrac as their shipping company and I caution the rest of you to think twice about it as well. Read the reviews, everyone has the same story. The customer service is non existent. Even calling customer service and having this escalated has done nothing. Neither has the online chat helped any. OnTrac is in possession of something that belongs to me. I paid for it. Wonder how many thousands of other packages are sitting in Boise as well as mine. My advice, STAY AWAY FROM ONTRAC. read more

My package has been delayed since 9/27. Every time I call they say the matter will be escalated and I've called a dozen times! Now today on 10/19 customer support says they are no longer ALLOWED to escalate things or make reports since the facility is so backed up. They said there is no others options at this time except keep checking online for order updates??? Now they have three packages being held at their facility. Also they won't even allow me to drive and pick them up either!!! read more

I order diapers and other things regularly from amazon. Most of the time is comes UPS, which I've never had a problem with, then the other times it comes Ontrac. I've literally sat in my driveway all day waiting for the package because it was important and I didn't want to miss it. No one ever tried to deliver my package but when I looked at tracker it said tried to deliver. This is the WORST company I've ever worked had deliver packages. I ended up NOT having the things for my sons birthday. Please get it together guys!! read more

SORRY EXCUSE FOR A DELIVERY COMPANY! Would give ZERO stars if it was an option. I ordered an item from Amazon on the 3rd with guaranteed delivery by the 6th. Well... it is the 11th after 8pm and STILL no delivery. Although it has been "Out of delivery" since Jan 6th at 8:51am. (Yes, I took the recent snow to be a delay, however, roads in and around my home have been clear of snow since Saturday). If my front-wheel drive, low to the ground Camry can get around then why can't a large delivery truck? I've seen FedEx and UPS (as well as USPS) make DAILY deliveries. Latest update: Wednesday, Jan 11 8:20 AM Out for delivery Boise, ID, US Tuesday, Jan 10 7:48 AM Out for delivery Boise, ID, US Monday, Jan 9 9:39 AM Out for delivery Boise, ID, US Saturday, Jan 7 7:35 AM Out for delivery Boise, ID, US Friday, Jan 6 8:51 AM Out for delivery Boise, ID, US And this isn't just a problem in Idaho. Had the SAME experience in Florida and got NO WHERE when I made 4 phone calls to rectify the problem. I had even paid for Express delivery that time. So irritated..... read more

This is the worst delivery service on the planet!!! Every single time they have a delivery for us, it will sit in the warehouse for the minimum of a week and usually 2 weeks or until I go pick it up. It is near impossible to get someone to answer the phone and they don't care that you can't get your packages. I can't imagine what would happen if one of those packages was medications that were desperately needed. THIS COMPANY IS AMAZINGLY INCOMPETENT!!! read more

Same story as most of the rest here...A week to go from Reno, NV to Nampa, ID, with most of this time due to multiple delays in Boise, ID (25 miles away). No delay reason given and always updated at the same time of day 6:00pm, within a minute or two. OnTrac needs to fire those lazy bums in Boise and hire people who will move items faster through the system. read more

I am sorry that there isn't a zero rating because I would have used that. My item arrived in Boise on the 21 Oct. It has still not delivered and today is the 28th. I have called ON TRAC customer service five times and it is always the same story. We will escalate the process. I would recommend that you read the other reviews and then tell your vendors that they are NOT to use ON TRAC. Just don't take my word. Read the reviews. Overall rating2 is 1.1. How came a company say in business with this kind of a reputation. read more

Ontrac is awful. I have had multiple orders that went to the boise location and we never received them. I know of other people who live nearby and had the same thing happen. They are just marking the packages delivered but they are not delivering them. I called Ontrac customer service and they said the packages could not be delivered staffing shortages so you have to contact the vendor to get your money back. Ontrac is essentially stealing by taking orders they can't deliver and then not actually doing anything but letting the packages sit in the warehouse. I would give zero stars if I could. Walmart needs to start shipping with Fedex or UPS. Ontrac SUCKS!!!! read more

Prob the worse service I've had ever. I've called prob 5x today bc my delivery was pass the due time and they failed to deliver my package on time.. it's 12:30AM! And my package was supposed to arrive here at 9PM!? Still waiting... read more

I have been waiting on a package that has been sitting in the local warehouse in my area for FOUR DAYS. I'll never do business with anyone who uses this shipping company read more

Amazon prime order that is now on the 4 day and still not delivered. First told that my 3 pound book didn't fit in truck. Then shipped to wrong town. Then that it would be delivered today twice. Now I still don't have the shipment. Something so simple has been complicated by horrible service. read more

I am so frustrated with this company. My delivery was 3 day and was guaranteed to be here on the 9th it arrived in Boise at 4:30 AM in the 9th then later that day was rescheduled for today. At 3 AM was rescanned at the Boise facility at 7 was "out for delivery" and at 10AM rescheduled for next day, which is Monday the 13th. Tried a few times to get ahold of someone and finally after about an hour on hold was told that freight was late, they don't know where my package actually is and wouldn't be delivered after all today. Even though it was out for delivery at 7 AM and arrived in Boise at 4:30 AM the day it was scheduled to be delivered. Was also told the only way I'd be able to get it before Monday would be to drive from S Nampa to Boise and pick it up after 7 pm. All I can think is that it is on a truck and they just won't deliver it for some reason. This is such crappy service and I will never use them again. I'll pay extra for Fed Ex or UPS. read more

OnTrac - Couriers & Delivery Services Near Me - Boise, Idaho

PLEASE READ MY REVIEW SO YOU DON'T GET DISAPPOINTED. It's long but worth the read. If I could give NO STARS I would!!!! If you're buying something online and OnTrac is the delivery company, DON'T BUY THE ITEM or try to request a different delivery service. I know times are hard. But it's like that EVERYWHERE. But we've tried to be patient. And trust me, after you read this, we've been VERY PATIENT. But when it's been 5 STRAIGHT WEEKS of our meal delivery plan being late. It gets frustrating. It started by being 1 day late, then 2 days late, THEN not coming at all. Our meal plans being one day late has to get thrown. There's seafood, meat and veggies. They're perishable items! So yep folks we've had to throw them ALL away. And yes we've talked to our meal delivery company 5 weeks in a row. They ship on time but when it gets to our state, OnTrac doesn't deliver it. They say after so many days they "discard" it. I'm starting to wonder do they really. Hmmmmm... Well OnTrac, you've got horrible delivery service and to be quite honest. I'm not sure how you stay in business in our area. And I'll make sure to let others know of your service. read more

Horrible customer service can't get a hold of them to schedule a pickup because they say my package is undeliverable because of a wrong address. The address is also correct and this is the first time I've ever had a problem shipping a package here. I have currently been on the phone for 20 min and have just been waiting on hold. If problem persists I'm going to call the police and report as stolen property. read more

Terrible service can't follow directions driver will deliver packages where ever they please when it's obviously not your address

They claim that their driver can't find my address. Person on phone was able to find it immediately via online map. Ontrac themselves has delivered here at least 4 other times. Two other items on the same Amazon order got here fine and were delivered on Sunday, no less, by the good old U. S. postal service. Ontrac delivers, not so much packages, but crappy service. read more

This company is the most ridiculously unreliable shipping company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I would recommend never using them!! read more

Extremely disappointed!!! I ordered an item and it was supposed to arrive at my address on the 8th. It then said on the tracking website that a problem had occurred and to expect the delivery on the next business day, today after calling 5 times and holding 20 minutes each time I was able to reach someone who had no explanation for what had happened and said that it will HOPEFULLY! be delivered tomorrow. They have no idea where my package is and at this point I am hoping it will eventually get to me. This is a garbage company and I have never had this problem with either Fedex or UPS. Never use this service again and if I find out that the company I am shopping from uses them then I will make sure to never ever buy from them again. I want my package!!!! read more

Dangerous delivery company!!!!! We've complained a number of times about them speeding and driving while distracted. We've approached drivers directly and complained to management to no avail. In our area, they deliver as kids are walking home from school and speed through our neighborhood. THIS IS DANGEROUS!!!!!! read more

This is by far the worst shipping company I have ever used. I use Amazon Prime because of the guaranteed 2 day shipping. I am on my 4th day now with no package. If I had a choice I would have selected UPS. Never use this company for shipping it's a waste of time and resources. read more

Amazing delivery! If you enjoy paying for 2-day shipping that takes more like 5-7 days. I've never received a package on time from these guys. In fact, every time I see that something is shipping via ONTRAC I automatically assume it's going to be at least a week before I see it. After reading other reviews, it looks like I'm not alone! read more

Ordered a water softener from Home Depot and had it delivered because delivery was free. Found the water softener upside down in my driveway even though the box clearly shows a picture of the item, and is marked fragile and shows an up arrow. As a result, it was damaged and I had to return it. read more

OnTrac placed a door tag at the right apartment but wrong building and I had to open a dispute. The driver came down to deliver something and I was on my way down to see if the leasing office had it per my dispute email resolution I got last night. The driver was adamant about it having the wrong building number on it. We both went down to pick up the package and he said "you were right, don't cop an attitude." Will NOT use again. This is my second posting for this but if the driver took responsibility for his actions and apologized, then I would have had 3 stars for the resolution instead of 1. read more

Worst shipping company out there. Will never use if I have the choice regardless of price.

I wonder if we have the option to opt out of this delivery carriers with amazon. They delivered half my order and they didn't give me the rest that was arriving the same day. I'm waiting on the rest and it's all late. I'd love it if these guys didn't deliver my packages anymore. If you have another option, don't choose this company. read more

These guys are the worst! I ordered with Amazon Prime 2 day shipping and they used OnTrac. Well, turns out that because I live in a Rural area, OnTrac won't deliver to my address (even though they accepted the delivery from Amazon), so what did they do? They told Amazon that my address didn't exist! Well, Amazon thankfully knew better since I get at least 3 packages to the same address every week. However, it still took an Amazon manager calling the OnTrac corporate office and arguing with a manager there to get them to fulfill their obligation. When they did deliver the package (several days late) the delivery guy was very rude and grumpy. Now I just ordered a jacket from LeatherUp.com and they used OnTrac! PERFECT! Here's an idea, if you don't deliver to an address, DON'T ACCEPT THE PACKAGE! read more

Called multiple time after my item never went out for delivery. They promised twice it was going to show up on time. Item never showed up. Staff doesn't care. Worst delivery service ever. How is ontrac still in business? read more

I have had several packages delivered through ontrac. This is the worst shipping company ever. I have had 3 shipments. The first two were delivered to the wrong address. It took another day to get them. Yesterday I was suppose to receive a package. Tracking said it was out for delivery. It never arrived. The tracking then said after 8 p.m. it could take another two days. Ontrac's customer service sucks they told me it was still in their warehouse. I might have believed them if I hadn't had previous poor service. I will speifically ask any order I place in the future to not use ontrac. read more

Package was supposed to be delivered on the 27th. Said not accessible and was supposed to be delivered the next day. This is now the 30th and don't have a package and the tracking hasn't even been updated from the 27th. What a crappy outfit. read more

Apparently I live in the middle of nowhere! OnTrac couldn't deliver my package because their map shows a field.....duh! I live on a farm; however, the house is right next to the road. The address is clearly marked on the postal box and is laid in a grid pattern from the center of town. Their customer service department was less than helpful and has no idea about how to get my package to my house. Never....never...never use their service! The customer service is unprofessional and their delivery methods are sloppy. read more

Amazon package is 3 days late. Terrible service!! Really hoping my delivery gets to me before Christmas! Not a happy customer!

I just moved to Boise after two years in Boston, and am having the hardest time reconciling why it takes an extra day to deliver my 2-day Prime order. Each order I placed since moving has been at least 1 day late if not a week. OnTrac also left a package at my door after I called and requested it held since it was arriving a day late and I was going out of town. It's a good thing OnTrac isn't named OnTime. @Amazon.com, PLEASE use UPS, FedEx or the Post Office to handle delivery in Boise! read more

I'm not really sure how this company can stay in business because their business model is nothing but lies and imcompetence. I have been forced to receive packages from them a few times now because UPS couldn't fulfill the delivery. Every time I have to receive from them, the packages never show up when stated by the tracking number, when I call to find out what is happening I can never get through (waiting on the phone for 10min or more without indication of how long the wait will be is absolute crap), and if the package is delivered on the day they claim (rare) it won't show up until late in the evening. Thier customer service (1 out of 5) is non-existent because you can't reach them within a reasonable amount of time. Their delivery time (1 out of 5) should never be trusted, just assume it will be 24 hours late so you don't become disappointed when they fail to fulfill their obligations. This company has no business being in the business of delivering packages read more

Hands down the absolute worst shipping company and experience i have ever had, the customer service is an absolute joke, the emails they send you sound very copied and pasted. I have been waiting over a week for a package that was guaranteed "two day shipping", not only that but they lost it the first time and they dont regularly update their tracking info. Overall horrible experience ill be cancelling any future orders that amazon ships thru them read more

I have never received anything on time from OnTrac. The customer service is trash and I am convinced they just make stuff up to get you off the phone. I have no idea how this company ended up with a contract with Amazon? read more
