Service is still not restored, and not sure when. It's an hour and a half past when she told me it would be restored. I haven't had anything bad to say about frontier. It can lag a little sometimes. I have a tech coming out tomorrow. and i am sure that they will leave saying the same thing, it is in the connection before your line, there is nothing that i can do. Today is 6/26 - the internet dropped 6/10 - IT HAS BEEN 17 DAYS Horrible service, there is no way to get a person that can actually assist and escalate. they will not transfer to a manager. it is ridiculous.

I contacted Ricardo after checking out his reviews, he responded quickly and we easily set up an appointment. He discussed possible options of placement of the ports since the roof and outer walling might pose an issue, but he was able to find good placement of my ports. Job was done quick and easy in less than 2 hours. Aside from making a hole in the wall for the ethernet port placement, no additional breakage of the wall was necessary. Ricardo did say that in some cases, depending on the walling and roofs, breakage of the wall would be necessary for some people, but not mine fortunately. Ricardo and is colleague were awesome, professional yet friendly and personable. They cleaned up after themselves and did an overall fantastic job to make any streaks or scrapes anywhere. HIGHLY recommended if you are looking to have ethernet ports installed that extend from your main router/modem that go through the wall/roof so you don't have ethernet cords lying around on the floor.

I kid you not it was a 1 minute interaction. I was not gonna let my NFL Sunday ticket go that easily. I called satellite pros and spoke with Orlando. I told him about my experience and he educated me on not being able to have a line of sight for signal, he asked me some questions about the way my patio is facing and I gave him full detail to the best of my ability. He said that he would have no problem sending a tech out to give me a second opinion. The tech came the following day he was very detailed and said it was a 50/50 chance but he was willing to try, 40 minutes later the dish was installed and aimed at the satellites (apparently there's more then one) he showed me the device he used to aim it and there was all checks which he stated was a good thing the whole job took about a hour and my experience with the tech was great he covered everything and now I'm an extremely happy camper :) Orlando called after the install to follow up, which was a nice touch and shows that he cares and his customer service is outstanding!!! He took the time to explain the Onward app, walked me through the features and answered all my questions. I felt set up for success by the time he left. Thank you Gage! As for the ACTUAL Onward service (wifi), when it works it's good. However, I am disappointed with the lack of range as it relates to the connectivity (wifi). I have gotten some improvement by using the app to "prioritize devices." I expected better as I purchased the highest quality option though. Hopefully this improves.
