We walked through the store for over 10 minutes - tried on a hat and opened a suitcase. There were two young girls behind the counter. Neither of them said hello or asked if we needed any help - even when we were right at the counter. The store has lots of fun and helpful items but the service is nonexistent. We left with nothing because of that.
