We needed a Move Out cleaning and couldn't be happier with the job that Onix did. They were very responsive with a quote and easy to communicate with when we had to reschedule our cleaning. I appreciated the confirmation emails and texts to remind me of the cleaning. They also texted me when they were on the way which was nice. The cleaning crew was 4 people including the owner, Maria. She was incredibly nice and made sure that any special requests from me were captured. They completed the clean in 1.5 hours ahead of the 2 hour clean time that I was quoted. The crew did an amazing job with the cleaning. Every cabinet and appliance was squeaky clean. Not a dust bunny and spider web to be seen. Even the shower door which I could never figure out how to remove the soap scum was spotless. Also, there wasn't the smell of chemicals when they finished unlike other cleaners that I've used in the past. The cost of the cleaning was fair for the amount of work and the speed that it was completed in. The quote I received was on-par with the other higher end cleaning services that I researched. I hired Onix to do a move-out clean on my old studio apartment. The apartment was empty (no furniture, nothing in the kitchen or fridge, etc.) but it was very dirty and dusty from the process of moving out. They arrived on time and wore masks (we're in the middle of a pandemic, after all.) They locked up afterwards, and said it was fine for me to come back and check the place later that day before sending them payment, which I appreciated. The place was spotless! They even found and collected a few items I had accidentally left in the apartment and put them all together for me, which I really appreciated.
