My main concern was the new rug we'd had installed and the off-gassing/ odor. Marc was able to power-clean it twice until now there is no odor at all. I operate a clinic and people have commented how very clean it feels in here, which is of course important. The first time he power-cleaned the rug he was very cautious to make sure there was no bad reaction with the rug. He uses non-toxic, low and no/odor products. He also is extremely affordable. Nice as can be, as well. He was able to fix several lamps that needed tweaking while he was on-site cleaning- he does things like this without my having to ask him, and for free.

(How about just not dropping someone's bike to the ground?
