I am so happy I have discovered Lana. This is my first time to have house cleaning done and with the baby and my day job, I really need the help. And boy did they help. The first time the two ladies arrived for a deep clean, I felt like I was rescued. They saved me from my dirty, cluttered house. Everything was shiny and clean after they were done and it smelled good. They changed the bed sheets too. That was really nice. The girl who now regularly comes to clean our house is Layla. I would give a zero star rating if I could. I was looking for a cleaning service to come in on short notice to provide services after a tenant left. I reached out to Lana and she was very responsive, I was able to have someone come in on short notice. On the day of the cleaning service, they showed up late. I explained to her that I just had the bathroom and kitchen remodeled so I don't need any cleaning in those areas, except for the fridge. I also explained that I would only need the windows, wood floors and tile floors cleaned. When the work was completed I was surprised by what was done. The windows, floors and fridge looked exactly the same, like no cleaning was done. I explained to her that the window still looked quite dirty and asked her what she used to clean it. Her response was "water". I was flabbergasted. No cleaning solution, no nothing. Believe me when I say nothing looked clean. Even my new white kitchen cabinets that I told her didn't need cleaning because it was new looked dirty, I guess from the dirty paper towel she was using to wipe things down with. Never in my life have I ever received such terrible service. I expressed my disappointment to her and she proceeded to yell "if you don't like my work then don't pay" then storms out of the house. I'm not one to right long reviews but I was so disappointed at the bad service and the waste of my money. Immediately after she left I had to call another cleaning service who was able to squeeze me in and clean the place. Very very disappointed with this cleaning service. I booked very last minute for a cleaning of a house I was moving into. Incredible. Reasonably priced, very accommodating, and patient (I was running late to meet them). They tackled every nook and cranny I asked for. Some of those looked like they hadn't been touched in a year. They even offered help with other tasks like carrying boxes into the house. Beyond satisfied! My place is absolutely immaculate after my roommate just moved out. My original request for a quote was immediately returned, and we had a date scheduled in 2 exchanges; they even would have been available next-day had that worked for us. Vivian and her colleague were professional, worked quickly (absolutely thoroughly cleaned kitchen, bathroom, hallway, 2 additional rooms, fridge and freezer in ~2 hours). They did a fantastic job on my house! They said they would vacuum the rigs but instead went above and beyond removing pet stains that I thought I would have to hire a carpet steamer to get rid of. We hired Lana for our move-out cleaning. She came on time and cleaned the whole appartment to shining perfection. She even managed to bring the 20 year old stove close to the condition of delivery. In addition, she remained very cool while being harassed by our nasty landlord that tried to trouble her and us. I don't have visitor parking so she was working against a 2 hour visitor parking spot and in that time she transformed my kitchen, cleaned a full bath and half bath, spot cleaned living room and bedroom, and vacuumed and mopped. I hired Lana's company to send someone to clean my house I just bought before I moved my stuff in. Marcia did a horrible job. I sent Lana pictures and Lana was very responsive and agreed that was not a good job. So she sent someone else this morning, Fernanda, to clean the kitchen and bathrooms, who seemed to do a good job, until I started finding things she didn't even attempt to clean, like a sticky spot of a kitchen cabinet. I messaged Lana again and she was wonderful and responsive and offered to come clean it herself on Monday, but I had had enough. She told me I should have checked the cleaning more thoroughly but I shouldn't have to inspect every single inch of a cleaning job. It should just be clean. She gave me a partial refund which I do appreciate and like I said she was very responsive, but I don't have the time or patience to go around in circles. When I hire a cleaner - especially for something as big as cleaning before I move in - I want reliability, and I did not find that here. read more

I am in total agreement with the wonderful reviews for Lana. I found her on Yelp and she was definitely the best priced and most responsive. She has come twice and exactly right on time. Her first cleaning was immaculate! She then offered to come back and clean our Brazilian hardwoods in the large living room which she noticed are streaked and dull from whatever wax was used before. We have been neglecting them because everything we tried to clean them didn't work. And they did look terrible. So she came back and spent one morning working on them and made them look like new!
