The sales representative told me the vehicle was coated, however we confirmed at the shop that it was not. After pouring water on the surface, it did not bead as a properly coated vehicle should. After the paint correction, I paid to have it ceramic coated to ensure proper protection and finish quality. The tire shop fixed my tires easily, and I did have to come out of pocket to add the assist step. It's been over a year now, and I absolutely love my Cadillac Escalade. It's honestly the most badass Escalade I've ever seen, and I get compliments on it all the time. My recommendation: if you want your car delivered with extra TLC, pay the extra cost to have it shipped in an enclosed trailer.

There's a specific lift kit that this truck needed and David was able to call that out as soon as I gave him the make/model. The younger guy was probably doing his best but not as experienced with this truck. *I drove up there one day and the parts hadn't come in yet. A little communication would've been nice so I didn't waste 46 mins driving there. I would've understood the delay because of Covid but I got nothing. Drove 46 mins there for a 3 min conversation about the parts not being there yet when a simple call/text would've sufficed. *After the work was complete, I got on the road and noticed the low tire light was on.
