I was able to work the deal over the phone which was nice because no one wants to sit in a dealership all day. 4/5 stars due to the gap in communication with the staff and my front fenders are loose. Just check things like that before you pull off. We shouldn't have to because the job should be done right but I have to remember, we're all human. Things happen! The sales representative told me the vehicle was coated, however we confirmed at the shop that it was not. After pouring water on the surface, it did not bead as a properly coated vehicle should. After the paint correction, I paid to have it ceramic coated to ensure proper protection and finish quality. The tire shop fixed my tires easily, and I did have to come out of pocket to add the assist step. It's been over a year now, and I absolutely love my Cadillac Escalade. It's honestly the most badass Escalade I've ever seen, and I get compliments on it all the time. My recommendation: if you want your car delivered with extra TLC, pay the extra cost to have it shipped in an enclosed trailer.

I did tell while doing this, I wanted to have a PPI (Pre-Purchase inspection) done and had it scheduled for the following Tuesday. That Friday morning I was told the Sales Manager said I had 2 options: Sign the documents and take possession that Friday or get my $1,000 deposit back. I opted for the refund that Friday and walked away from the deal. Here it is Tuesday and they are about to close at 7:00pm. No refund so far and crickets when I inquired yesterday and today about the status of the refund. Everything was done via text messaging so as they say "I have the receipts." Disappointed with Lifted Trucks as a business. Sales guy (Kyle) was easy to work with as well as Steven in Finance. Do what you will with this information if you are interested in working with Lifted Trucks of McKinney.

I waited about an hour until I was asked which tire I wanted changed, then was told it was put in the system wrong. As someone who works on tires all day, there's not enough common sense to look at 3 full tires and one flat one and think maybe you were given the wrong info and ask questions, instead of waiting till you finish replacing a good tire, and ask wait is it supposed to be the one with 10 psi? Boy do we have a genius on our hands. Could not be anymore disappointed in the lack of awareness and work ethic, pathetic.

DON'T COME HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR OR YOUR TIME!!…read more Don't come here for an alignment. You will get your car back in a worse condition than when you dropped it off. I dropped my car off at the Firestone on Wilshire at 1:30pm. They told me it would take about an hour and that there was 1 person ahead of me. I got my car back at 6:55pm, 5 minutes before they closed, almost 5 and a half hours later. They told me my car was all good and that the alignment was done. They didn't give me the alignment report and my steering wheel was now crooked. My car is only 3 years old and I've kept up with all maintenance. I then take my car back the next morning at 7:30am so they can fix the steering wheel they messed up. They then tell me it will probably take until around 12:00pm. At that point I just take my car to the Firestone on McCart where I learn that my alignment is not good at all. The Firestone on McCart then fixes the alignment and the steering wheel in only 1 hour. The picture attached shows the report the 2nd Firestone gave me. It shows that the "Before" measurements are way out of spec even though the Firestone on 1681 SW Wilshire Blvd just did my alignment and told me it was "all good". August 15, 2026
