They offer on-line appointment making. Extremely easy and they were ready to check car when I got there for my appointment. I am highly impressed with this store. Building was clean inside & out. They have all the necessary accommodations for people that have disabilities . I even like the landscaping. Their shop and stall bays got thumbs up also. I believe it is Quality Work, Rodney, the tech that replaced the CV Axle and Wheel Bearing on front was informative and nice. The gentleman actually brought in the damage CV Axle to show me the damaged part. That is great. I have not had that done in many years !Parts & labor guaranteed for 12,000 miles or one year.. Firestone is conveniently located in Burleson. I believe this store is # 1 on my auto repair shop. JUST DONT BOTHER; I have given Firestone, chance after chance over the years BUT, both the Wilshire and Hulen locations are ALL ABOUT MONEY!!! They keep your vehicle, ALL DAY, they are ALWAYS overbooked and it's the customer, who SITS IN PERGATORTY, for days it seems, only to be told that they can't help you! LET THIS BE YOUR RED FLAG! Three weeks ago I came in for a tire balance and rotation. When I got my car back I looked at my wheels and they had not been rotated so I called back and turns out they never did it and I had to go back to get refunded then they told me that they weren't able to take the wheel lock off and messed up my key. suggested to take off wheel locks and replace with regular lug nuts so I agreed to pay 15 dollars per tire. Four hours pass by so I call back to find out that they weren't able to take then off! Therefor I decided to go home buy an emergency lug nut remover and guess what!!! I was able to take all four wheel locks off! By myself! This place is a joke if I were you I would just go to my local tire shop because these guys are clowns how are they not able to take off four simple wheel locks these guys are supposed to be pros! then the fact they charged me and didn't do nothing to my car that should have been a red flag right away! Tried to get car inspected here yesterday, but they were busy and the guy at front desk suggested I bring it back this morning, because their schedule was wide open. Brought it back this morning and they first told me they don't have someone who does inspections on Sunday. He then changed his story to the guy who does inspections has a sick kid, so they sent me to another location and two hours later I'm sitting in same spot waiting on inspection. Highly DO NOT recommend this location. Just left without having tire repaired. Arrived at 2:18 and was told 30-45 min to get tire fixed. I had a nail in the tire and told them I even marked the location. I said I would wait. At 3:15 I asked how much longer. The guy said he apologized but my truck was skipped but it would be next as soon as a bay opened up. At 3:42 a bay opened up and they pulled another vehicle in. When I told the guy I needed my key, he had the audacity to ask if I wanted to drop it off and return later. I responded hell no. I just watched everyone that was here before and after me get serviced. I was not returning. read more

I have taken my vehicle to several different Firestone locations including one out of state, for many years. I started using the Burleson location when it first opened as it is the closest one to me now. These guys have ALWAYS treated me right It doesn't matter where anyone goes to get their vehicle serviced or repaired there will always be somebody who is not happy and leave a bad review so I take them with a grain of salt. Office staff is rude, always want to upsell. I say no this is what I want then he tells me what I want. I had a flat, need a patch, ask him and it will take 1-2 hour to get to it, there is 4-5 guys smoking laughing and no one else in the building. I ask why and he says everyone is busy, I say what about the guys outside smoking he said don't worry about them they are doing what I ask. Not one person was working on a car yet I think they enjoy watching people wait. Moved on down street and they had done in 10 minutes. read more

I brought my 2002 Camry to Firestone for an alignment after having most of my front suspension replaced. I asked the counter person to please remount the fiberboard skidplate after the alignment because it had been left off in order to allow better access to the suspension components. I was told that it was not a problem. Once the car was on the lift the same employee informed me that since the skidplate was not removed by them that it would not be remounted. There are only a few screws to tighten to complete the task but it requires that the car be lifted and I am a senior citizen with no method of raising the car. When I showed my displeasure the employees became surly and shortly thereafter they lowered my car and returned it to me in worse alignment that it was originally. I was told that they could not align the car. I drove over 20 miles to a Firestone near my home with the steering wheel 1/4 turn off center and the tires scrubbing when I turned.. At the Arlington Firestone the employees were helpful and the alignment succeeded in restoring my car to working order. I do not recommend the Burleson Firestone. read more

Down to the detail of stripped out hardware needing to be replaced and walking over to o Reilly's I grabbed it in five minutes and I was good to go. Called the day before and was told to be there by 8:15am this morning for oil change and back brakes. I was there at 8:05. Checked in and then sat for an hour. Yes, Tommy said it would take a couple of hours. But when I checked in, I was told by the manager they would have to bring the car in and evaluate it and make sure they had all the parts. After an hour, I tapped on the window and asked the so called manager, why my car hadn't been brought in yet. They didn't have any bays available from vehicles that didn't get finished from the day before. What the hell?? So why wasn't that explained when I came in?? They're no better than the Cleburne store. Never again will I step into a Firestone again. Tires needed, I'll go to Discount Tires. If there was negative stars to be given, it's a minus 5! read more

If I could give this place negative stars I absolutely would. Sadly I had just moved from another state and didn't search reviews. This place is horrible! I initially took my Jeep in for a leak, $4000 later and I got my Jeep back. One week later (if that) I had lights pop on. I called and was told it was covered under the warranty (which is the ONLY reason I took it back) from the other work but guess what it was not. Apparently my rear differential was cracked which is strange because they did rear diff work a week prior....I wish this is where it ended, but no. I get a call Omar that my Jeep will be ready the next day. Another call from Omar, now the shop is shutting down for 5 days due to covid. I tell them that's fine I will have it towed somewhere else "oh no you can't do that, we can't allow you to tow it", I call mineke who said that bs and even told that to the employee at Firestone. I am told it's fine we will provide you a rental car...FANTASTIC right....Ofcorse not. I am sent to the Firestone in Crowley and told he will have the rental car delivered there. I get to the Crowley Firestone and met by a horrible employee Jamie or Jimmy (not sure which), who continuously told me "I don't know why you're here, it's not my problem but I guess I'll call" after making me sit for 30 minutes he finally picks up a phone to make the damn call. Tells me I have to drive to enterprise and get there before they close (5minutes from now) so off I race to enterprise. I get there and as soon as I get in the door "I'm sorry ma'am I told him I had no cars and not to send you here". So back to Firestone I go, again I'm met by this horrible waste of space. "I don't know why you're back I told you it's not my problem". I tell him multiple times I need the supervisor or manager, he writes a name and number on a card and throws it at me (Ofcorse nobody answers or returns calls from this number). It's now two days later, we are called and told the shop opened the day after they shut down but now my part is delayed two days. Two days later I call and guess what my part is now delayed 4 more days, four days later we call again, parts in we should have it today....nope! Here we are 9 days later and we finally got it back. No rental car ever provided. I cannot stress enough DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I got print outs of everything they said they did and will be taking it somewhere else to have it all checked because these people are liars, crooks and just horrible humans in general. read more

Took a battery to get charged they said come back in a few hours, when I came back they said it was never put on charger. 3 hours later got a call it was ready . Got home put the battery in my car and was still dead. I was not happy with the Burleson location service , so I took the battery to Crowley location and was satisfied. read more

Went in for an inspection, my license plate light was out and they wanted to charge $50 for parts and $40 for labor to change a $7 lightbulb. I understand you have to make money but it's a lightbulb and that's a colossal upcharge. Their whole crew was also playing in their cell phones when we came to drop the car off and pick it up. They ALSO lost our keys for about 10 min when we came to pick up the car. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

They said they could get to me immediately so made the drive after waiting half an hr the tech tells me they can't conduct an oil change because the used oil bin is overloaded!!! I have to use them since my company has an account with them. So I had to go back to Crowley and start my wait time all over again! I had new brake pads & rotors installed in Dec 2021. In less than 4k miles they were shaking when I applied the brakes like my 70k brakes they replaced. I dropped it off yesterday and tole them of the problem, and a 4 pm I picked it up with brand new brakes replaced under warranty and with no hassle. I've been to Firestone in Burleson Tx a few times throughout the years for various car issues but this would be my last time there. Took my wife's SUV in as the AC was blowing hot. They added Freon and a dye to see if there are any leaks costing over $600. Thought that was high but she can't be driving around in a hot car so whatever. Was told to drive it around for a bit and bring it back in and they would check for a leak. Drove it for about a month then the ac started blowing hot again so took it back in. Dropped it in at 7am with the assurance they would call to let me know what's wrong and a quote to fix. At 1:30pm still no word so I called to find out the status. Was told that the Freon had leaked out again but they didn't have the tools to find the leak so they added more freon and recommended that I take it to a dealership. What??? The whole reason I came to you was that I didn't want to take it to a dealership. Do you not advertise that you perform AC repairs? I guess that's the case only if you don't have a leak. What a joke! So I spent over $600 for nothing and now I'm back to square one as a month from now the ac would be out of Freon again. Well that's the last money I will spend there!! Use at your own risk. read more
