We drop off the vehicle and leave and within 30min we were called back for them to tell us it was the starter and that it would cost them $800 to fix. Knowing it's not an $800 job we brought it home and i removed the starter. Brought the starter up to an Autozone to have it bench tested and the starter is perfectly fine across all tests. Annoying I had to remove it to find that out but it is what it is. Just thought I would give a friendly warning to all of those who think about using them. Only two conclusions I can come to at this point is 1. They were trying to scam us or 2. They dont know what they are doing.

I pulled in with only one vehicle in the bay, and that vehicle was already about halfway through its oil change. Despite that, I ended up waiting over an hour and a half for my service. Unfortunately, the wait was only the beginning of the problems. The technician initially put in only 5 of the 8 quarts of oil I paid for. He then added the oil without changing the oil filter. Afterward, he changed the filter, which required draining more oil out of an engine that was already short on oil. These are basic steps that should be handled correctly the first time, especially when someone is paying for a professional oil change. To make matters worse, my tires were sitting around 30 PSI and needed to be brought up to 35 PSI, but they were never checked or adjusted. Mistakes can happen, but what really made this experience unacceptable was the complete lack of communication and accountability. No one acknowledged the mistakes, apologized, or even attempted to explain what had happened. By the end, it was obvious that I was extremely frustrated, yet no one said a word. I went there expecting a quick, professional oil change. Instead, I lost over an hour and a half of my time and had to deal with multiple avoidable mistakes. The service itself was disappointing, but the lack of customer service afterward was just as bad. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location. Customers deserve competent service, attention to detail, and at the very least, basic communication and accountability when things go wrong.

My husband and I both got oil changes. And it happened in less than 20 minutes and all of the staff was very friendly. Yes, I agreed with the service writer the fronts were worn to 80% but not 100%. The replacement wear indicator that was not flush to tread yet, but close. The tires would still pass a State DOT inspection. But I went ahead and purchased two fronts, because NTB had them in stock, and I have noticed the traction light flashing at red light starts, in the rain. This slipage is too be expected, as the tire compound is harder, closer to end of life. I could have pushed them further, but its not worth it with winter coming. Im Yelping, that NTB is inforcing the minuim wear data to sell you tires, which in today's lawsuit "I'm a victim" world there nothing wrong with. Just be prepared for the upsell on the safety thing. It's still your choice to drive them tires to the end of life as long as they pass inspection. So if you are looking for a quick repair on worn tires or balancing to stretch your budget, go to Walmart or Discount. NTB is not going to take the liability.

I decide to do the work myself and it cost me $350 and took me around 4 hours. I figured I'd give them another shot for my fuel leak. I tell them its the fuel pump module, but they say they'll have to do another diagnostic on it anyways. Then they say it's gonna cost $1700!! A new fuel pump is $100 and it's like a hour job to fix. Who is making these labor costs up?!?!? Both times they tried to get me. I get auto repair is expensive, but this is out right criminal. ​​

I dropped my car off at the Firestone on Wilshire at 1:30pm. They told me it would take about an hour and that there was 1 person ahead of me. I got my car back at 6:55pm, 5 minutes before they closed, almost 5 and a half hours later. They told me my car was all good and that the alignment was done. They didn't give me the alignment report and my steering wheel was now crooked. My car is only 3 years old and I've kept up with all maintenance. I then take my car back the next morning at 7:30am so they can fix the steering wheel they messed up. They then tell me it will probably take until around 12:00pm. At that point I just take my car to the Firestone on McCart where I learn that my alignment is not good at all. The Firestone on McCart then fixes the alignment and the steering wheel in only 1 hour. The picture attached shows the report the 2nd Firestone gave me. It shows that the "Before" measurements are way out of spec even though the Firestone on 1681 SW Wilshire Blvd just did my alignment and told me it was "all good". August 15, 2026

They offer on-line appointment making. Extremely easy and they were ready to check car when I got there for my appointment. I am highly impressed with this store. Building was clean inside & out. They have all the necessary accommodations for people that have disabilities . I even like the landscaping. Their shop and stall bays got thumbs up also. I believe it is Quality Work, Rodney, the tech that replaced the CV Axle and Wheel Bearing on front was informative and nice. The gentleman actually brought in the damage CV Axle to show me the damaged part. That is great. I have not had that done in many years !Parts & labor guaranteed for 12,000 miles or one year.. Firestone is conveniently located in Burleson. I believe this store is # 1 on my auto repair shop.
