    If I could give no stars I would. Just got done getting my transmission and coolant changed. Get back home leaking oil. Open it up dipstick just on the engine. Took it back they just put the dip stick back say it's fine. On my way back home car shuts off and last I check over heating. WONDERFUL WORK. I HAD A WORKING CAR AND NOW ITS NOT WORKING. Update 1: So they sent someone over to look at my car and apparently my radiator is blown. Funny cause before that my car worked fine. If the radiator was broken or even suspect why didn't they say anything to me? The girl at the front just told me it's done I paid and said my car was outside. I read reviews about this place but thought eh can't be too bad and now I have a car that I can't drive. Update 2: So now they are compromising and saying they have a replacement part but we pay for service. My dad is still really pissed that the car might be damaged. What I'm still really pissed about is that I drove it back initially and said it was leaking. All they did was put the transmission dip stick back and send me on my way. If they had only done even a cursory check I wouldn't have to deal with my car shutting off on the road. Final update: Just don't want to deal with jiffy lube anymore. Taking it to personal mechanic. Should of just done that in the first place. Wanted to go here for convenience and it was anything but.

She was able to get it back to where she was staying that week. I drove out the following day and was able to identify that the radiator had cracked. it was about 10:30am on Friday. I called around to several shops and most were willing to do the work, but couldn't get it done until Saturday or maybe even Monday. This was not ideal. All that changed when I called Don Perry's Garage. I was talking to Donny and he said he could probably get it done that day. I told him I was just passing through and he said he'd definitely get it done that day. He said "cmon down and we'll get you fixed up. I'll pick us up some lunch and you can hangout here till it's done." This is 100% true! So I headed on down and spent the afternoon with Donny and Kelly. We ate lunch together and chatted for a few hours. Hanging out there I got a real behind the scenes look at how they run their business. How they communicated with their customers on the phone or in person was all top shelf. The transparency they shared with their customers is like nothing I've seen in this business. If they made a mistake, they owned up to it. If they could get a better price on a part, they would and then would pass the savings on to the customer. I've got to also give a shoutout to their senior tech James. He's been there over 30 years and knows his stuff! There's a reason they have been in business as long as they have! The reality is, I probably will never need their service again. Our paths may never cross again. But if you need a quality, honest, and fair repair shop in the Ft Worth area, look no further, you've found it! Thanks again to Donny, Kelly, James and the team!

I am a service technician and have never treated a customer the way he does. He is where every service manager needs to send their techs to demonstrate how NOT to treat customers. BTW, cash only. UPDATE...the business owner replied to this review, apparently he pissed someone else off because I paid in full, money was not even an issue, had to pull cash from ATM next door (because the one in front of the shop is non functional) This is a different customer, I was not rude, I was silently pissed. He did not stop working on else's vehicle to work on mine, after waiting 3 hours with no estimate on time on even looking at mine, I was literary on the phone with another shop a mile away when he finally freed up. The ONLY reason I used this shop is because it was the closest one where I broke down and the lady who answered the phone said wouldn't be a problem. After dealing with this, I would not even go back for warranty work if I needed it.

Summary of Complaint: I brought my 2016 Ford F150 to Quick Auto Service after the check engine light activated and the vehicle began losing power. What followed was a pattern of deceptive practices, unauthorized repairs, poor communication, and what I believe was intentional sabotage of my vehicle to generate unnecessary repair work. Detailed Account of Deceptive Practices: On the initial visit, I showed diagnostic codes from O'Reilly Auto Parts to Alex (shop representative), who suggested the catalytic converters might need replacement at approximately $2,800. He requested to perform a thorough diagnostic to confirm. I left the vehicle near closing time (6pm) with the understanding he would assess it the next morning and call me shortly afterward. Day 2 - Poor Communication and Unauthorized Work: At approximately 10am, I called for an update and was told they were still running tests with a promised callback by lunchtime. After receiving no call by 2pm, I followed up again and was told they were still working with a callback promised within a few hours. After waiting multiple additional hours without contact, I went to the shop in person for an update. Alex informed me he was still working on diagnosis but had already replaced the throttle body without my authorization or prior notification. When I questioned why I wasn't informed before this repair, he claimed "that was part of the deep diagnostic." I reluctantly agreed to let him complete the diagnosis, and he promised to call before closing at 6pm. At approximately 7:20pm, Alex called stating he wanted to run more tests and would call the next morning with final assessment. Day 3 - Continued Delays and Additional Charges: After hearing nothing the following morning, I called for an update and was told Alex was unavailable. I informed the receptionist I would pay for work completed thus far and pick up my vehicle. Upon arrival, Alex showed me a video confirming the catalytic converters were fine (contradicting his original assessment) but claimed I needed two turbos at approximately $1,000 each, well below the dealership price. He stated he test-drove the vehicle and it was drivable but lacked power above 50mph. Discovery of Sabotage and Negligence: I obtained a second opinion, which indicated only the passenger side turbo might need replacement. I purchased an OEM turbo from the dealership for $1,500. When my mechanic prepared to install it, he discovered the throttle body hose was never connected following Quick Auto's replacement--this alone explained 90% of the vehicle's performance issues. Upon further inspection, my mechanic found the downstream O2 sensor had been partially unscrewed and the adjoining cables had been removed from their mounting brackets. After properly connecting the throttle body hose, reinstalling the O2 sensor, and securing the cables, the vehicle ran perfectly with both turbos registering normal operation. Test-driving vehicle with disconnected throttle body, creating dangerous conditions Attempted Resolution: When I contacted Alex about these findings and requested a refund, he refused and claimed I should have returned to Quick Auto for repairs. He offered only a possible refund of the $98 diagnostic fee, which he had originally stated would be waived if I allowed Quick Auto to perform the work. Financial Impact: I was charged $579.74 for work that included unauthorized repairs and what I believe was intentional sabotage to generate additional business. I subsequently incurred $1,500 for an unnecessary turbo replacement that would not have been needed had Quick Auto properly connected the throttle body and not tampered with the O2 sensor. However, I was able to return the turbo to the dealership for a full refund. Total refund requested: $579.74 paid to Quick Auto

I dropped it off around 7:45 as soon as they opened and by 4:00 that afternoon the repair had been made and I was back on the road. Mike and Ruth will go up and beyond to make sure your vehicle is repaired quickly and the job is done right the first time. Even when having to deal with the fleet management companies which can be a headache. I WAS HERE FOR 1 hour and a half. Never coming back here unfortunately. I personally do not like writing bad reviews for businesses but i want to warn people so they are aware. I went to get an alignment here as it's a local business and wanted to support, however, they did not perform the alignment. Reason for it was bad ball joints. I understand and this is normal procedure and many shops will deny the service for this. But they still decided to want to charge me $80 dollars for "checking the vehicle" the alignment is $120 by the way. After arguing that this was outrageous the lady cordially and correctly did not charge me the $80 dollars.
