First let me say at iRide does anything and everything that pertains to an automobile. Second, Davis helped me out a lot. He was VERY professional. He kept me updated at all times. Basically did everything for me. It was super easy. I had 2 claims. One for hail damage, it was so much and big and deep ones from the storm in July. Second one was a collision on the passenger side of my car, which kept my door from opening all the way. iRide worked so fast, I was in and out of a rental in 3 weeks. When I picked up my car, I wanted to cry because they did such a good job. My car looks brand new. I was embarrassed of my car, and now I'm proud to drive my car again. My insurance paid for everything and Davis made all the phone calls to them to keep them updated too. BEST PLACE! I would recommend this place to anyone. Let me tell you, these guys are IT!!! I took my baby for granted (2008 Infinity G35S 6-speed) and put a spoiler on it myself. Within a few months, it started to look like I put it on myself. I found these guys on Yelp and on the first call, they made me feel like I was talking to one of my boys who has skills and experience. We were recently blessed with a mystery dent on our truck. Hoping to get it repaired using PDR, I brought it by iRide. They were honest about their concern for it being repaired using PDR, but agreed to give it a shot at a reasonable price. After a couple of hours working on it, they called me to let me know the door panel would not be stable if they used PDR. Davis advised me on how to file a claim if I choose to do so for a full repair. And even though they weren't able to fully repair the dent the work they did do on it improved the panel immensely. It is a huge improvement on what it originally looked like, and they didn't charge me a cent for the 2-3 hours they spent working on it. You can't beat the great customer service I received!! My late model Mercedes E300 suffered substantial rear damage. WITHIN 24 HOURS, the owner performed diagnostics; immediately after performing the diagnostics he ordered my parts the SAME DAY. The parts for my car arrived in the next 24 hours! My car was repaired the SAME day the parts arrived. I had my car back WITHIN FOUR (4) DAYS!! I couldn't even tell my car had sustained any damage at all.
