First let me say at iRide does anything and everything that pertains to an automobile. Second, Davis helped me out a lot. He was VERY professional. He kept me updated at all times. Basically did everything for me. It was super easy. I had 2 claims. One for hail damage, it was so much and big and deep ones from the storm in July. Second one was a collision on the passenger side of my car, which kept my door from opening all the way. iRide worked so fast, I was in and out of a rental in 3 weeks. When I picked up my car, I wanted to cry because they did such a good job. My car looks brand new. I was embarrassed of my car, and now I'm proud to drive my car again. Let me tell you, these guys are IT!!! I took my baby for granted (2008 Infinity G35S 6-speed) and put a spoiler on it myself. Within a few months, it started to look like I put it on myself. You can't beat the great customer service I received!! My late model Mercedes E300 suffered substantial rear damage. WITHIN 24 HOURS, the owner performed diagnostics; immediately after performing the diagnostics he ordered my parts the SAME DAY. The parts for my car arrived in the next 24 hours! My car was repaired the SAME day the parts arrived. I had my car back WITHIN FOUR (4) DAYS!! I couldn't even tell my car had sustained any damage at all.
