Being new to the area and out of warranty, my wife found MPAuto Repair on Google with incredible reviews. We swallowed hard but decided to move forward with the repair and they completed the work quickly and efficiently. Their positive friendly aporoach to everything was really refreshing! When I went to pick it up, they asked me to come out in the shop to show me the parts that failed and were replaced. Definitely not a fancy operation but they've earned my business, five stars and referrals!

I brought my vehicle in for an alignment after being referred by Discount Tire, since my front tires were wearing unevenly due to misalignment. I waited for two hours, only to be told that they didn't perform the alignment and instead claimed my car needed new struts and additional costly repairs. After getting a second opinion, I was told that my vehicle does NOT need new struts. This experience felt dishonest and extremely misleading. It's incredibly frustrating to have your time wasted and to feel like you're being upsold on unnecessary repairs. As a customer, I expected transparency and basic service--neither of which I received. I would strongly advise others to avoid this location. This company should be ashamed of how they treat their customers.
